After a terrible experience at another dealership, a friend recommended I go to white's ford in Orrville. I only wish that I had found them sooner. Worked with George to find the perfect vehicle. No high pressure sales tactics, no hassle, just great customer service and a great vehicle at a great price. George went above and beyond to find the perfect vehicle for me and I love it. The entire staff is friendly, welcoming and treat you well. You will find that atmosphere throughout the dealership, from sales to service and beyond. Great group of people. Great business. I'll never go anywhere else.

Worked with Dave Schneider on a deal for a brand new Bronco Sport Badlands that the dealership had on order. Super easy to work with, everyone at the dealership seemed really helpful and friendly, and the best part is that there was no ADM on the vehicle, which so many other local dealers are adding due to the vehicle stock/ chip shortages right now. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience! I had a very particular image in mind when considering buying a Jeep. I was first very impressed with their online posting. They shared a ton of photos and left out nothing in the description of the vehicle. No misleading teasers. I worked with Dave and he was just awesome! He was so helpful and patient. It’s easy to tell he enjoys his work. Genuine guy. George was equally as great to work with! Great vibes all around.

My jeep is gorgeous, in immaculate condition, and an absolute blast for my family! I live about an hour from the dealership but I would absolutely recommend it to anyone in the market for a vehicle!

I got an oil change. Whites have always treated me and my car right. Curt looked up a couple of recalls on my Fusion and we made an appointment for me to bring my car in for the fixes needed. Everyone there has always been very courteous and kind from mechanic's to counter people and the cashier lady that takes the payments.

We bought a van from White's Ford in June of 2021. Their customer service was EXCELLENT! Previously, I had contacted many dealerships looking for a van, and White's Ford was by FAR the best of any that I talked to. They responded to me right away, kept me up to date on the process the entire time and made the car buying process very easy. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone!

After purchasing and bringing home I noticed a a couple of things that were bad.
Cracked mirror and heat / cool seat not working.
Called Whites and they have fixed the mirror and ordered the module for the seat.

Came out to Whites Ford for the big sale they were having. I received a flyer in the mail and decided to take a ride over a check it out. Had a great experience with my salesperson and decided to take a look at some new SUV's. After finding one that I really liked and the deal that was offere
d to me I couldn't refuse the deal. The staff was so nice and professional. I would recommend Whites Ford for your next vehicle purchase

Sales person was rude. Overly pushy. Pulled hard credit pulls on wife and I without permission before we even looked at a car or discussed about a car.
Told us we were approved for a loan. We went into the dealership for a contest not a car. Insulted wife. Showed us cars when we asked about SUVs after being told we were credit worthy. Very rude, not professional at all.

I went into this dealership to enter into a contest I had received through mail. As soon as I get out of my car "he" was there. Took mine and my husband's info and told us it was for the contest. He had to enter it in for the contest. Goes into the back for 10 minutes, comes back, and says he has a car to show us when I didn't ask to see any cars. He comes back out and says you're approved. I got a car to show you. He did 2 HARD credit pulls on me and my husband each without asking. He insulted me several times. Didn't explain any of the process to us. We ended up walking out. Plus his clothes didn't match. He didn't look professional at all.

Was there for their sales event and had a fantastic experience! Staff was extremely helpful and friendly, I highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a vehicle!

I tell you I've always loved this place. They did my car good. They went on and above for my car. I took my car in for some cosmetic work after I ran into a small pole. They not only fixed it to were it looks new again they cleaned the inside of my car and washed it. I'm so happy.

Talk about a scam! Went to see if I won money from a flyer they sent in the mail. Instead this old man starts creepily sweet talking me, taking my information, telling me to sign here.next thing I know he's telling me we're waiting on the results of my credit pull. I had no idea my credit was even being pulled, he never once mentioned that, I wasn't even car shopping! I told him I had no idea he was pulling my credit and his reply was; "Wasn't it a red flag that I asked for your social? " As if he knew he was in the wrong! Yes, I should've paid more attention but it all happened so fast, I've literally never been in this situation and I feel Soo taken advantage of and gross from it! I'm never going to White's Ford and I'm going to tell everyone about this!

Went to Whites Ford yesterday & had Tyler Tucke as our salesman! He was great to work with & did a great job finding us exactly what we were looking for in an SUV! Ended up leaving with a 2020 Ford Escape! Couldn’t be happier!

This dealership is top notch. Sales and management answered all of my questions as well as gave me top notch customer service. Used car inventory was incredibly clean. Kudos to their detail department!
