12I was told it would take an hour to an hour and 15 minutes. I was told an hour and a half later that they hadn’t even started and were going to start it immediately. I was told I would not have to pay for the oil change which I was not. It was done and a half hour after that.
Brought in my Odyssey for 3 recalls, all of which were completed efficiently. Comfortable waiting area and friendly staff.
Got to appt. 10 min.early, only waited short time, was able to make another appt. For a recall on another car while waiting, everyone was great!
Very kind and welcoming. They kept me updated on my car while I was there. My 18 month old son was with me and he enjoyed the kids area and exploring the dealership.

You cost the dealership some warranty work because a tech could not take five minutes to listen to a noise. We live in Bellefontaine and it is much closer to Marysville than Lima. Bought the vehicle in Lima and this is the second time you jacked us around on warranty work.
Routine oil & tire rotation. In on time & done. Very polite & informative about optional maintenance.
I took my 2020 Honda Pilot (Black Edition) purchased at White Honda on 12-7-2023 with electrical issues and the battery. I indicated that I thought something was wrong with the vehicle was not happy that it would not start randomly at times and had to be jump started. The Honda Service Manager immediately took care of the issue, had his Senior Mechanic diagnosis it and called me by the afternoon with a resolution. He immediately brought me to the Toyota side of the dealership and they immediately had a new Toyota Corrolla vehicle given to me as a rental for my wife to go to work as a RN. The Honda service manager understood the need to have my wife get to work. White Honda / Toyota knew we have purchased over 4 different vehicles from them, understood that we have maintaince completed with the dealership and knew we always traveled over 40 miles away to purchase their vehicles.

Always a great experience for us when we buy a car there. Even though our girl Marcia was not there to take care of us, Travis did an excellent job of taking care of us.
I was very satisfied with everything at Whites Toyota. We arrived 45 minutes early and they took care of us in a very timely matter.
Had a great experience recently at White’s Honda in Lima. My Honda CR-V had a recall notice on it and it needed an oil change as well. They scheduled them concurrently, which was a time saver for me.
From the time I stepped out of my car until I returned to it, the staff were friendly and knowledgeable. The staff members that I recall that made it a great experience were Bret Condon, Brad Querry and Travis Sayler and Logan Baisden, the technician that took care of my car. Thanks guys, I’ll be back!
My appointment was for an 10,000 mile oil change and to get my second key which didn’t come with my car when it was purchased (at this location) in December 2022 and just became available. I scheduled an appointment for 9: 15am and arrived at 9. I was told the appointment would take 1 hr 45 minutes which seemed excessive but I accepted it. At 10: 48am I received a text stating that “work on my vehicle has started” I went to the desk to find out why my car was just beginning to be worked on and was told that wasn’t true, it would be ready in 20 minutes. At 11: 52am my car was finally ready. My oil change took almost 3 hours with an appointment, when I asked for an explanation I was told that they only have 2 bays for Highlanders so it can take longer…. Apparently having an appointment doesn’t prioritize your service. I was disappointed in the lack of consideration for my time and will choose another location for my service needs in the future.
