Great friendly staff, very knowledgeable. This store is amazing, everything needed to get out on the trails.

This is a great bike shop. I trust them with all of my biking needs. Today, I picked up my Trek Madone after a 4000+ mile overhaul. It looked new and it rode perfectly. It was as "tight" as new and several minor issues that it had were gone. Plus, the cost was fair and very reasonable. "Bean" is an ace bike expert. You cannot go wrong with Sandy, Wendy and the full team.

Went in there on a busy Saturday almost an hour before they closed. Brought my cheap amazon totguard ebike in and they still were able to install a rack, bag and bar mirror for really decent price. I highly recommend this place. Sandy and the others were great. Helped me get a lock and helmet as well. Even got my mom's confidence up to start riding bikes again.

This is a customer service care shop! I have not been to many places that offers such customer service in a while. We love our new ebikes and are enjoying retirement, while getting exercise and having power when we need it! Thank you all who work here!

Amazing service and super knowledgeable. Our 10 year old test rode 3 different bikes to find the right size and feel. In the end he wanted a different color so they ordered exactly what he wanted. Great store

Best buying experience ever! Sandy and her team are great! They are very friendly and personable. Me and my husband have really enjoyed the buying process of our e-bikes from the start. They allow you to test drive the bike and make sure you are happy with your purchase. Sandy has really went above and beyond to make sure I get the bike I want and the accessories. If anyone is looking for any kind of bike, I recommend Whitmans, hands down!

They let me ride several higher end bikes before I decided on one, treated me very fairly on the price and my trade in, and threw in a nice set of pedals with it even when I was ready to just buy them. Was absolutely no pressure to buy, you can just tell they really enjoy bikes and getting people into their best fit

Great shop! We purchased both of our e-bikes from Whitman's and the team was great to work with from testing to helping us mount our bike rack. When we needed to trade in one of the bikes for a smaller frame, Whitman's was happy to work with us. Amazing customer service.

Reasonable price and very good people. Fixed my ebike which had a bad fork bend and sitting in the garage idle for an year. I would definitely recommend them for any bicycle repair, service and they also had good collection of brand new bikes and all varieties.
