Whole Foods Market reviews
18It was okay. The prices were.the customers were rude and didn't provide me access to maneuver in my rollator. Entitlement to stand where they wanted. Hum.not in a hurry to go back.
There produce is great. Bought pomegranates that where huge at $2.50 each other places had the little ones for $2.00.
My favorite location of the chain in Central Ohio. Just wish the mask mandate were better enforced.
If you haven't been to a Whole Foods, check it out. Excellent selection of food, lots of healthy choices, etc. Also had them throw one of those great hand-stretched pizzas in the oven to take home. Things seem to vary from location to location, but never have anything bad to say!
Great spot for specialty items. Lots of prepared foods. Like their masks required signs and policies for Covid.
There's a big difference between this location and the one at Easton. The setup is different but it's the vibe. The food in the hot bar was bland and had no taste whatsoever. I am a regular at Whole Foods. I am in Whole Foods at least 10 times a month. I will stick to The Easton location where people are a bit more friendly and where the food tastes way better.
Clean, well laid out. Lots of delicious looking food. A
Some stuff is a little.new age and out there for personal care, etc. But they have some hard to find foods and ingredients as well.
Amazing store. Very helpful staff. Every healthy, vegan product you can think of. Great essential oil selection.
I like Whole Foods for their wide variety of products. I was looking for a little known brand of tea and I found it!
If I could, I would give this Whole Foods Market a negative 10 star rating. Terribly run, management is uncompromising and lacks any sort of humanity, expects more work than what can be accomplished in a 40 hr week, but when their expectations for workload are not met, they penalize employees. So, righteous employees go above the 40 hr mark to try to meet these expectations, only to be penalized for exceeding 40 hrs! Not to mention the INSANE AMOUNT OF FOOD THEY THROW OUT EVERY DAY. That is, without making any effort to donate near expired food. The definition of green labeling, all that food producing methane gas in land fills when they could go towards a good cause, like oh, I don't know, feeding those in need. Toxic workplace with toxic workers, so the good ones end up leaving, hence the high turnaround! They don't even properly train their workers. And you wonder why they are constantly hiring! Hahaha one big joke of a grocery store.
Always a pleasure to shop here and the employees are always so helpful and friendly! They go out of their way to assist you no matter what department they are in. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful whole foods in Dublin Ohio and I have visited the other locations in our Central Ohio area and can absolutely say the same.outstanding!
2nd week in a row I’m missing items they said delivered. Missing a whole bag (got 6 out of 7). Now my kid has no food for daycare. Pathetic. I won’t be ordering delivery from Whole Foods anymore. Order was under my wife’s name if someone reaches out but I’m going to go make a last minute trip to Giant Eagle. Thanks a lot Whole Foods for consistently not meeting expectations for delivery.
Update: called your customer service and was given no help whatsoever or offer to make it right or deliver the missing items. They just said they’d pass the information along. Thanks a lot lol nice customer service. My advice is to treat your customers right when you make a mistake.
Always love coming here, staff are super friendly, they’re hardly ever out of stock and don’t get me started on the pizzas! They’re amazing in addition to their hot foods section where you can get a take out plate of your favorite homemade meals so you don’t have to make dinner
Whole Foods has always been my preferred grocery store. I just wish the honestly had more locations. They need to be building more locations for Whole Foods instead of allowing other grocery stores to monopolize the area. I have never had a bad experience with Whole Foods but driving out there is a drag.
Time to downgrade.management needs to send the associates to training on consumer awareness. Instead of talking to each other about books they have read and staying in the way of product they might want to ask "can we help you find anything"
Phone customer service was horrible! I called to ask what the menu at the hot bar is for the day because it changes everyday. They put me on hold for 5 times, everytime I had to repeat the same question and they said 'one moment please' until they finally hung up on me mid sentence. That was the rudest, most obnoxious staff I've ever met. If you don't know or can't help me, just say so. It takes 1 bad experience for me to not shop or eat here ever again.
I love it here. Staff is friendly, which you don't always get at every Whole Foods especially if you're wearing anything remotely patriotic. This is the largest, cleanest and most organized Whole Foods in the city.
Friendly helpful staff, tried the new self checkout and screwed it up 100 times, but the attendant helped me fix everything and was very kind. Thank you Nancy!
