Whole Health Dentistry, Lima OH

From scheduling to our family all getting our teeth cleaned on the same day, they were awesome! Hannah in scheduling was so patient and friendly to get 4 of us all set up as new patients. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. Tiffany was the bomb, she definitely is very personable and makes everyone feel relaxed and welcome. The other two ladies who took care of my other two kids were also wonderful (and I am blanking on their names, I’m sorry!), made them feel at ease and were very kind. Sue did an excellent job on my teeth & the dr was fast, yet thorough and informative. So glad to have found such a great a dentist office for the whole family. Thank you to all the staff! ️️️️️

I was calling the dentist to make an appointment for my daughter, but the person who answer the phone was bad she is luckily I don’t remember her name I was going to put her name in her.

Yesterday, I had a new patient appt with Tiffanie and Dr Erin. I have severe anxiety when it comes to the Dentist and was very concerned about judgement. I was treated as if I were a friend Tiffanie hadn't seen in ages and felt totally assured that she was going to do everything she could to put me at ease. Zero judgement. She's a fabulous technician and after one visit, it is clear, she's an even better person. It was truly amazing to me. Dr Erin was so kind and willing to work with me! Even the receptionist crew was just so welcoming and friendly! I will shout their praises from the rooftops!

Dr.jay and this staff are great, I'm very happy with this whole team they are very professional, friendly and gentle. They always explain everything clearly and have answers for all my questions.the office is modern, clean, and comfortable. They get me in right away and I have never waited very long in the waiting room to see the doctor.
I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist.

Rude service want 500 dollars up front for a filling. Treat patients like an assembly line.

New to Lima and didn't have a dentist. Woke up with a bad toothache and they took me 30 minutes after calling. They are now my new dentist. Friendly and professional staff. Highly recommend.

I had an appointment with Tiffany today and she was beyond amazing. She made me feel very comfortable despite all my worries. She's definitely great at her job and she made my experience a surprisingly great one

The staff really takes how you feel into account. They know how you feel from experiencing it themselves. Quick and painless. Also, you're lucky if you get Tiffany, she's bubbly and fun and takes your mind off of the bad stuff.
