4Very professional and knowledgeable about my heating and cooling needs!
Called Whole Home Comfort last year when my AC failed. They said they were too busy. I ended up buying a new AC and Furnace from another company.
Phoned and spoke to an answering service Monday morning, 11/11/19 at 9: 00 am.and was told a tech would call me back. I phoned back at 4: 30 PM and was told that since it was a holiday there was probably not a tech available. Tuesday 11/12/19 I had not heard from them so I called New Albany Heating and they will be out tomorrow. Wanted to keep my money local, but you have to do what you have to do.
Had a great experience with them last year after reading such great reviews. Have been having trouble with my fan on my AC not staying on, so called and left a voicemail towards the beginning of last week. Didn't hear back, so called again later in the week. I was told a technician would call me and let me know a timeframe on when to expect someone out. Again, waited until this following week without hearing back and called a third time and was told the same thing, a technician would let me know on a timeframe. That was two days ago and still nothing. Will just call someone who is responsive.
