Customer service in this place is rude and disrespectful. My son took his Android phone to this place to repair a cracked screen. They replaced the screen and part of the body of the phone.

The first issue was that the body of the phone that they replaced was pink contrasting with the rest of the phone which was black, without consulting my son. He found out about the color contrast when he got the phone back. Although my son was not happy with the color contrast, he was OK with it since the phone was fixed.

The next day my son dropped the phone and it stopped working. He took the phone to this place and they did not even try to fix it under warranty because "the phone was working when it left the store. " What a rude thing to say to a customer! First and last time my son will use this place.

Took my iPhone 7 to the beach and it got washed in the ocean. It came out alive but the left side where my passcode is was lined down to the bottom and not responsive. Phone was completely locked. I took it to ubreakifix they kept it for hours and said it can’t be fixed. Took it to micro center they said they couldn’t fix it without turning off the find my iPhone app.

Took it to Wholesale Gadgets and they fixed it in 15minutes! I thought my phone couldn’t be fixed and luckily enough I found this place! Highly recommend!

While the service was good, this store has false advertisements on Facebook just like the other stores that they claim to not be like. Yes while they don't " advertise" cracked screen phones they still offer them to you at the oeuvre posted online but no where online does it prices starting at, nor does it say prices vary depending on condition of the phone. These stores offer lower prices for damaged phones with severely scratched and damaged screens but no where in the ad does it say that. Then if you want a better phone then the price is marked up $50 to $60.

Great place and amazing prices on iphone repair, got my iphone 11 pro max and every place was charging too much or were closing early and werent accepting late repairs.

Went to red code wireless in Reynoldsburg to get price for mic replacement. At red code I was told the it my just need cleaned. The cleaned it and said the mic was bad, but they didn’t replace them. So I can here and to get a price for mic replacement and the cleaned my phones ports and charger port and now I can hear again and people can hear me thank you I recommend

Great store with excellent customer service. Bought a phone from another store a few months ago and was having issues with it charging and the other store refused to fix it without charging me even though I bought it from them. I brought it to this store and explained the scenario and they were able to fix it quickly and cheaper than the place I bought it from.

Great place. I went to have some service done. I dropped off the item and they told it would be ready the following day. Well, 20-30 minutes later, I received a text that it was ready for pickup. Now, I know you're think I'm exaggerating, and think that they did something simple like putting on a screen protector, no. It was a phone that needed to be unlocked and reprogrammed. They did there job, I am satisfied, and hope that they are able to do the same for you!

Buyers Beware OMG Scam artist they use cheap Chinese parts For repairs phone looked fine when I got it soon as I got home the screen went crazy u can see no cracks anything try to take it right back to the store same day they claimed I dropped it u gotta be kidding stay away straight scumbags rude customer service

I got a screen replacement on my galaxy S9 here and after getting it replaced, I had an issue with the volume buttons. I brought it back in and they fixed the issue for free despite not being at fault. Good prices, good service, awesome place!

I ran into an issue opening the casing of my MacBook Pro while attempting to upgrade the RAM. Stopped into the store and within 20 minutes, the problem was completely remedied for literally 1/3 of the price I'd been quoted by a nearby competitor to TRY and fix the problem.

I've taken other electronics to this shop and have always had a quick, inexpensive, and completely satisfying experience.

SHOP LOCAL! Service here is wonderful. I had a bit of a situation and was trying to get a new phone for my Senior Father and the one I choose had issues connecting to the network. Aberham was not only very polite but also very helpful. My father returned to the store to try to fix or return the phone and Aberham helped him get a phone that works and took the time to set it up for him. This isn't corporate service this is LOCAL, hard working, prideful service. 10/10 would recommend. **Bonus Points He also helped my daughter find an awesome phone case and gave her a discount for her pretty old IPhone.

Stopped by this morning for some help with my iPhone. The clerk I talked to (Abraham) was really helpful. He took a quick look at my phone, explained what he thought was going on, and provided some suggestions. He was knowledgeable and attentive - not pushy at all. They perform several types of repairs, and for about half what the Apple Store charges (e.g, $99 for a screen replacement, versus $199 at Easton). But he actually helped me address my issue for free.

Thought I hadn't planned to buy anything, I ended up snagging a case for my wife's phone; they have a decent selection (probably 8-10 styles per phone) for roughly what you'd pay on Amazon. They also have a quite a few used iPads and phones at very reasonable prices.

Anyway, I'm really glad I stumbled in here! I'm happy to support this local business.

I was actually referred to Buck iFix by another repair shop. The staff was very kind and professional. Everywhere else I went to quoted me at a much higher price and said they couldn’t have my phone back to me for a couple days. Abe repaired my phone within a hour of me walking in the store at 1/3rd of the price everywhere else quoted me. In he even through in a free phone case. I highly recommend this place. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my cellphone needs.
