2Always had a good experience there. The staff was always very friendly and helpful, never rude. Always quick to help me with other things like a new car seat for my friend car cause he always brought there. Love the place and staff.
I'm gratful for the help I recieved. This review reflects how I feel about this location only.
The staff was rude. I know when I was on the phone I heard snickering and I heard snickering in the office too. In one conversation I mentioned that my job was rather difficult and didn't pay well and I was told "Why don't you get a better job. " Little did she know is that I would if I could. It's really not that simple and that's not a helpful or productive thing to say unless of course she's going to give me resources for that sort of thing.and she didn't.shocker. Not that I was expecting that kind of help from this place.
Just be prepared for this sort of thing when you walk in the door. Being prepared before hand will soften the blow of the catty rudeness you may experience when coming here.
