5Completely unhelpful. Is it normal form library staff to prioritize personal conversations and work over helping the patrons in the library? I was quickly dismissed when expressing concern for my library card and when seen struggling at the computer was left to my own frustrations. The staff insisted nothing was wrong despite multiple attempts to use the printer. I entered my card number correctly over five different times and was continually told invalid card number despite the "assurance" of the staff.
Wickliffe library is the best. The staff is great with children and there are many activities going at any given time. Our favorite place on a rainy day.
Loved the K'nex that was set up in the library.
Makes me want to get more for my self to build.
The staff are always helpful and friendly. When they didn't have a book available, they purchased one. I appreciate the service.
Clean, the workers were courteous, and everything was easy to find, and kid friendly.
