Mr. Wilcor was not fair during the hiring process. I came here for an interview. I possessed two college degrees, no criminal history, or anything. Also, I was well spoken and properly dressed for the interview. He stated there was an office assistant position available and it sparked my interest. I told him I was interested and once I said that he wanted to change his mind and offer me a telemarketing job that paid a low wage.

After the interview, I tried to follow up with him numerous times thanking him for his time and and that I am highly interested in the office assistant position, because of my credentials. He never responded back.

About 3 months later, I received a phone call from Mr. Wilcor stating he wanted to interview me, he liked my resume and would like for me to come in. I could tell how he was talking to me over the phone he did not realize he was contacting the same person he inerviewed in the past (which was me). He also wanted me to come in and was offering me a higher paying position over the phone. I found that odd because the first time he met me in person he went from offering me a highing paying position then wanted to give me a lower paying one once he saw how I looked in person (black female).

This experience made me uncomfortable and the second phone call he gave me months later not realizing he called me in the past showed me there was some kind of bias he had.

Kevin came into our home, cleaned our rug and shampooed our couch after we made it clear we did not want to purchase a vacuum he became very pushy and rude about it. He doused our couch with shampoo but didn’t bother to vacuum out the shampoo he just left it completely soaking wet. He then washed out his vacuum parts in our kitchen sink and started to speak extremely rudely and poorly about my wife and I in our home to his coworker helping him. Would give zero stars if I could. Terrible experience. Regret letting that man into my home.

Wife and I were told that we had been referred and won a cleaning for two free items in our house. After asking what’s the catch we were told “there is no catch. ”
The catch is that we didn’t get anything cleaned and we were pitched a vacuum we had no interest in for two hours. Our salesperson was nice, however after being repeatedly told we had to put our newborn down for a nap and he needed to leave, he continued to ask us to buy the product. The product being sold does seem great, however MAKE THE CONSUMER AWARE IT IS A SALES PITCH AND NOT A CLEANING. Lying to consumers off of the first phone call is not a great way to start.

Honestly super surprised and amazed how great the Kirby product and sales team worked. The team was professional, polite and genuinely love the product. This truly shows with the demonstration and the way they treat you. I can't believe how dirty everything REALLY is. It was a no brainer for our household! Can't see us not going the Kirby route ever again.

My husband and I were told we won a carpet cleaning via a wedding show. When they came, they didn't shampoo the carpet at all and instead gave us a 3+ hour demonstration. A few months later, they called us again trying to get us to buy a vacuume again, not realizing we already did. 2 years later a friend sent me a voice message from them and they are still using our names saying we are giving a "gift certificate" to our friend. Poor professionalism.

Kevin was great to work with. Did a wonderful job showing how versatile the machine really is.

Christian W.demoed for my wife and then me, and he did a phenomenal job. We hadn’t planned to upgrade our Kirby, but the shampooing is so much easier that he decided to do so. Thanks again!

Harley was absolutely AMAZING for our demonstration. He was very thorough in the cleaning and explained everything. Even answered all the random questions we had. Pictures show the baseboards, under the fridge and oven and then the other picture is the steps that were cleaned. I vacuum the floors,
all the time. Now I realize that I've been sweeping it around now that the Kirby has been demonstrated. This was how much dirt was down in deep. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience.

Taylor done such a great job demonstrating and explaining the Kirby. She treated me like I was family or a friend to her.

The experience was amazing! Definitely life changing to see how great these Kirby vacuums are! Job and Anthony were wonderful! I would definitely recommend to invest in this vacuum and them!

This crew was great. As they came I remembered I had an appointment, so they nicely came back later that evening. I enjoyed the demonstration. Ended up that I bought this vacuum. But the reason I bought this Machine was because of the crew that was here. They are awesome.
