I’m really tired of having to go IN the office because they can’t get an efficient or working phone without 20,000 prompts taking you in circles.

This agency doesn't seem fair. Even when we specifically overpaid on child support (even though we have the child the majority of the time and are paying hundreds of dollars every month), dipping into what little savings we had, shortly after they showed another past due balance that more than doubled within two months. Sorry to all the other people out there trying to do the right thing but struggling because the system is what it is.
