Visited my favorite Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon for a followup on the installation of a post for a tooth implant after he pulled a an infected molar. I actually don't mind going there because everyone is so nice & the place is so efficient. I do like Jon Williams, too. (I hope to never have another infected tooth, but if i do, Iam going there.).

Very comfortable, very clean facility. Staff are very knowledgeable, skillful and engaging. Dr. Williams is a highly trained, great listener who provides manny options and risks and benefits of each option.

I went in for a consultation from the time I arrived until the time I left the staff explained everything to me in detail Dr Williams took plenty of time with me very professional looking forward to having some work done in a couple weeks highly recommended

The team was caring and made sure I understood all the steps of the procedure. The doctor did a great job with the oral surgery. Everything was done in less than 30 mins despite having 3 wisdom teeth removed. I recommend this office to anyone who needs wisdom tooth extraction. Thank you!

Seemed very friendly. Nearly all my work was done by Dr Straika, then he retired a week before my last appt. So I saw Dr Williams.

Absolutely perfect. Procedure went smoothly and only lasted 30 minutes. Despite getting all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed (some of which were impacted), these 8 days post-op my pain never required more than Motrin. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Dr. Williams to anybody.

This was my second visit on my way to getting an implant. Dr. Williams is very friendly! He explains every aspect of the procedure, answers questions willingly, and is not bothered by having to repeat information. I do not feel rushed or part of an assembly line. He ensures you are comfortable then works quickly to complete the procedure. His entire staff is extremely welcoming and works to reduce anxiety.

Dr Williams and all the staff are so welcoming and did an amazing job with my 1st child's extraction. We are returning for the second child. I highly recommend them for your dental needs too.

I had to have multiple extractions (4), including a wisdom tooth. Dr. Williams and team were here professional and compassionate. Additionally, they were able to connect me with a financial institution which specializes in healthcare lines of credit. I was able to use this on the spot to cover what my insurance plan wouldn't.

Great overall experience, and my oral health has dramatically improved over the course of just this one visit. Looking forward to the next steps of my treatment plan with the team at Williams Oral Surgery.

Dr. Williams and his staff were great.

During the consultation, his bed side manner was impeccable and really calmed my nerves.

I may not have seen him too long during the day of the operation (laughing gas and was put out shortly after he arrived) but his staff took care of me before and after. He has a great crew around him supporting his practice.

Cannot recommend him enough.

Amazing staff from reception to nurses and Dr. Williams is a wonderful surgeon who took care of extracting a tooth due to a fracture. They also take Care Credit which helped with managing payment. My experience with them was awesome!

As an older patient, I've had a few providers turn their practices over to a new doctor when they retire. Dr. Straka took exceptional care in finding Dr. Williams and I couldn't be more confident that I will continue to receive great care as well as the other members of my family.

I laughed, I cried, I had a thoroughly enjoyable and professional experience. It was everything a 1-minute exam of my tooth implant progress could be. A 5-star experience. I would do it again if I really, really had to.
