Chinaware Store Williams-Sonoma reviews
9GREAT customer service! Loved the huge selection of everything. We bought a ton more than we went in for!
Was looking for a particular salt and pepper shaker set that I found online, but it was on clearance and not available for shipping. I got lucky and the Polaris store ended up having one set left. It really made my day!
Williams-Sonoma continues to stock the most interesting kitchen supplies and seasonal treats. Who doesn't need a scraper with tiny Santa's on it? ! Usually, their prices are very high (although these are high quality kitchen tools), but this year they have some items on very good sales. We got a beautiful set of Zwilling steak knives for around $50. Salespeople were friendly and efficient. There are some beautiful things for Christmas.
The stocker lady (im bad with names) was great! She helped me find knives and a few other great bargains!
I do not like being treated like I can't afford something and wasting someone's time that's trying to sell me something for the miss's birthday. What ever she wants she gets. Just because your item was more then she wanted to spend on a particular item doesn't mean anything. Great way to treat potential customers, let alone veterans that spent most of there time in theater. But I guess in a time when corporations are going under they think they can just do whatever they want.
The sales help was great! I bought a Dutch oven and a large saucepan After I checked out I found the black cloth bag that had both items in it far too heavy to carry I asked if I could possibly have another bag to split the weight and awkwardness of the bag. The clerk was happy to oblige but the manager stepped in informing me those were for “WS charge card customers only and handed me a paper bag that ripped before I left the mall. This manager should not be representing a company like Williams Sonoma!
The best place for kitchen gadgets to high end cookware! If I walk into WS I am guaranteed to leave with a purchase in hand and a smile on my face!
Went in looking to buy a few knives for work. I wasn't greeted which didn't really boher me, But I was waiting awhile. I declined the lady who represented the Wüsthof brand, But she ended up being the only one to help me look at other knives. I explained I wanted a good quality such as miyabi & that I wanted a Chef's knife as well as a santoku. I looked at a few other knives since they didn't have what I wanted, But I wasn't impressed with the knives & didn't like the way they felt. They would cause me pain after hours of use & the balance wasn't to my liking. An employee to the store came over & tried to sell me on the brands I had expressed I didn't like. I was met with a mild form of hostility, But she then brought me back to the Wüsthof which I had just said I wanted to avoid. I explained my dislike toward the knives again & immediately the lady went to the wüsthof rep complaining & gossiping about what I had said.
The customer service was a total flop. I have always had great experiences at the easton store & will be traveling to them instead from here on.
