Williams Vintage Cycle reviews
32The entire staff at Williams is great, friendly, and helpful. Matt and Jake were extremely helpful in getting me back on two wheels with a new Royal Enfield
Really good shop it's like a little hidden gem. Got a great selection of used bikes and really nice sales and service. Walked away today with my 05 Sportster 1200
Jake from state farm? More like Jake from Williams vintage cycle! Good communication, low pressure, they even helped me strap the motorcycle into the trailer properly. Local establishment you feel good supporting. Im thinking about sending Jake a bunch of meat and bacon. Or maybe like some pizza, chicken wings and a gallon or two of ranch? Either way solid find, just have to learn how to actually ride the bike now.
Just minutes ago I went to Willy's vintage cycle on my road trip I got a leaky valve stem on my motorcycle and I've never been to a motorcycle shop that got me in so quick and had me back on the road within minutes those guys are top shelf professional people plain and simple.
Great experience finding out about, browsing, and shopping here after deciding to get back into motorcycling! I was very interested in getting an older bike and so this was the perfect place (I found out about it by browsing Craigslist motorcycles). Jake was very helpful, personable, and patient.
My wife surprised me when she found a blue Honda Nighthawk at Williams Vintage Cycles and said she'd buy it for me. When we went to pick it up, Matt was very friendly and helpful, and patient while I drooled over the other bikes in his showroom. I saw many of the bikes my friends and I had owned over the years. At one point I stopped dead in my tracks. There in front of me was my first street motorcycle, a Suzuki GT550, a 2 cycle, 3 lunger. Matt had several of them there, and even had it's big brother the 750 "Water Buffalo". What a nostalgic trip down memory lane. I wish Xenia wasn't so far away from me. I'd go back again just for the experience.
Great service, great people and super knowledgeable and helpful. Bought my first bike here and Jake was super helpful! I highly recommended them.
Great first time buying experience! Matt was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful! Great inventory, and would definitely recommend them.
Save your money and buy from a owner. Drove down thier to be told it would be an extra $400 in taxes and fees over what thier CRAIGSLIST post said it was priced at. Not to mention they are wanting top dollar for thier bikes. Was very disappointed
Great place they worked with me when my bank made a mistake but now all is well and I love my royal enfield int 650. Definitely recommend.
Great selection of bikes! Scott is a great guy, super appreciative of this place. Left with a great bike
Interesting place to visit, prices not bad for vintage bikes. Very good staff, he stayed right with us but didn't put any pressure on us. He answered every question that I had.
This place is great! The selection of bikes is incredible and the prices affordable. I highly recommend checking this place out. Whether you're looking for a beginners bike or just something different they have something to offer.
Always friendly and can get just about anything you need for vintage bikes. They also always have a good selection of used bikes. Service is great as well.
I am very insulted by the way I was treated when I was at the shop. I asked if I was able to sit on a bike and the employee said no and his reason was because the bike was "too new". As if to say I had no business in his shop. I've sat on more expensive bikes at other dealers and they've had no problem with it.
Matt was very helpful on my tire change. They did it fast and were very good priced. Also did oil change for me. I dropped my bike off and was very pleased with the service and time it took. I will be going back for a new front tire very soon. I like supporting our local businesses in Xenia and recommend taking all makes and models to them. He has a customer for life.
Had a very good experience with the shop. Scott helped me with any questions I had being a first time rider and buyer. He helped load the bike onto a trailer and was exceptionally helpful. Williams has great customer service and I would highly recommend first time buyers and experienced riders!
Bought a used motorcycle from here a few weeks ago runs great. Scott was very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I'd recommend williams vintage to anyone looking for a good selection of motorcycles at a fair price.
Met Scott and Bruce. Both were very knowledgable and helpful for a first time bike buyer. We noticed a headlight ding after the buy and they are going to repair it for free.
Bought a bike off of them and let me tell you this place takes pride in thier business. First of all they take all the bikes they get and inspect, repair if needed, and detail, before they offer them for sale which is a lot more than i can say for other dealers. Scott is awesome. When I need service this is where I will go first.
