This business was awesome and had a lot to offer for any musician. The staff is super relaxed and will help you with absolutely anything you need. They are down to earth and easy to talk to. I bought a beautiful ukulele with the help of Mike and I am very satisfied with my purchase.

After we got ignored at the big box “guitar store, ” we visited Willis Music in West Chester and had an amazing experience. The service and friendly folks made it so much fun! Alan got us pointed in the right direction, and then the store manager, Mike, helped us with finding the perfect Fender Stratocaster and amp! Mike spent a ton of time with us and was very generous explaining things to my son. The service and selection was far superior to the other “guitar store. ”
