Willo True Value Hardware reviews
7They cheated me and charged me an extra day for my Uhaul trailer. A one way trip from Cleveland to Pittsburgh magically turned into a trip from the Cleveland area to Harrisburg. When I said I wasn't going to Harrisburg he told me it was in Pennsylvania too. I would have been better off going from Cleveland to Pittsburgh back to Cleveland and putting it back in their lot.
This place is a true hardware store. The people actually have knowledge in what they do.
Best place to buy tools and other yard necessities. I visit at least two times a week. Shop local
AL (owner) and the others are just people at the end of the day, not robots who aim to please every person in the world. I pay cash here and they take great care of me. I will agree, it’s not beautiful inside, but some of the “outdated” things are unique and can’t be found elsewhere. What should it look like inside, a china shop? You think a Lowe’s or Home Thiefo employee is gonna be WAY better with customer service? Think again. The service you get mostly depends on YOUR situation…If you want a bunch of sparkly s*** then go elsewhere.
Don't go here for the Uhaul.both trailers they had did not have functional lights and they said it was my truck, so we put the trailer plug tester on my truck just too prove it was their trailers. Both employees were rude and seemed bothered they actually had too do something. There back parking lot where they keep the trailers was full of debris and trash, and I got a piece of metal in my tire from there.
A ton of stuff and I’m sure the staff is fine but my god, if this isn’t the most unorganized store I have ever been too. Not an exaggeration either, just every shelf discombobulated with the wrong pieces and parts. Boxes from shipments not put away and just in piles. Listen. I’m sure whatever I need they have. But ain’t no way in hell I’m searching through this needle and a hay stack
