Staff are always friendly, welcoming and polite. They do a wonderful job every time, and I always feel comfortable and relaxed when I’m getting work done.

I was recently seen by both Dr. Alyssa and Dr. Rachel. Both of the doctors are kind, caring and very personable. My experience was absolutely amazing! The doctors and clinical team are all so professional and knowledgeable. The injections were completely PAINLESS! I was as comfortable as I could possibly be during my procedure. I felt spoiled wrapped up in a luxury blanket, I was warm and cozy the entire time all while watching tv! Their office is beyond beautiful and everything is state of the art! BEST DENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER hands down! If you’re looking for a new office I’d highly recommend Willoughby Family Dentistry…you will not be disappointed.

Staff is polite, kind and informative. They help ease the nerves by talking and trying to distract you with different techniques that really work. I have never felt more comfortable going to a dentist than I do here. My son now goes here and I feel so comfortable knowing the kind hands he will be in.

The office staff is very friendly and the Dr. Is very good and thorough. They always do their best to get you in when you need appointment.

It was a new hygienist today, it was odd I was asked to hold the suction straw in my hand during the cleaning and there were a few times I felt the cleaning went into the gum a bit too much.

I used to be scared of going to the dentist. Now, I look forward to it. Some of the nicest people I have met and extremely talented and considerate.

So far have had a very positive experience at Willoughby Family Dentistry. We moved to Ohio to be near new grandson and needed biannual cleaning for husband and myself, it turned out to be a life changing experience, literally. Husband had been going to same dentist for 15 years and saw serious health problems arise 3 years ago and doctor after doctor couldn’t seem to figure out what was going on. Dr Kowalski reviewed all the information on the films to explain that he had major root canal work that was needed and referred him to specialist that completed that and now has crowns being done. It corrected so many issues that were plaguing him! I, too, have benefited from better care from her office. Thanks for great dental care!

My appointment today was to have two teeth filled. I had been suffering with a toothache for quite some time. After talking with Ray and Dr. Kowalski, the doctor took time to test the teeth in the area that was sore. She felt that the tooth in question was a little long. She filed the tooth down and the ache from the tooth was greatly reduced. She then went on to fill the two teeth with care and concern for my comfort. I am so glad my husband recommended her practice to me. The entire Willoughby Family Dentistry practice is professional and caring.

I called to make an appointment for a broken tooth that needed repaired. They had me come in for a new patient appointment and cleaning. Dr. Alyssa came into the room after the cleaning for maybe 5 minutes at most. She examined the broken tooth and had me schedule an appointment for 4 months later to have it repaired. I was put on an "Urgent list" if they had any cancellations.

Contacted another Dental office and had my tooth repaired within the week. That dentist told me that had I waited until the appointment they made for me, the tooth would have likely decayed to the point that a crown would have been necessary.

Also was given an estimate for this tooth from Willoughby family Dentistry for a 4+ surface filling for the broken tooth. The new dentist was shown the paperwork, and that was not necessary. The repair actually only required a 2 surface repair, which was half of the cost I was quoted.

Totally unacceptable service.

Got a chipped tooth repaired on 3 days notice. Without a doubt one of the nicest, most caring, and professional dentist I've dealt with in my entire life ever. And the assistants were nice as well. I definitely just found my lifetime dentist.updating my review from 2 years ago so I can be entered into toothbrush drawing.

Dr. Kowalski and her team are legitimately the best practice I’ve been to. I tend to have a lot of anxiety associated with the dentist, but everyone at Willoughby Family Dentistry does their part to make every visit comfortable and welcoming.
I’ve had a positive experience with every staff member, and their dental/cosmetic work is top notch.
