Food was delicious but the prices are more than I expected to pay unfortunately it may be my last visit

We have been going here for many years and always have been very pleased with food & service. During that time the popularity of the restaurant has grown.
However, recently we have noticed a 30% price increase, smaller portions and now they charge 3.75% for using your credit card or debit card.
Very disappointing and makes one wonder why. We will return ALOT less frequently. This is what happens to restaurants that take their long time patrons for granite

Good food, helpfull staff.the clientele though, sheesh.never have i seen so many mid life crises in one place. Edit; revisited 6.14, dropped a star for food. Grecian salad served with browning/yellowing iceberg lettuce. Burger sounded delicious but was average. My partner had drunken pasta. Huge portion, but again, nothing special. If I could give 3 and half stars for food, I would. Service was good and kitchen was prompt.

Great service, local clientele. Food just so-so. Crab cakes small, lacked flavor; can get better ones from grocery store. Halley fries ok, tho confused by its scallion garnish being buried beneath instead of on top. Willow Burger lacked seasoning, relied on accompaniments which didn't carry it.

Amanda took great care of us. This was our first visit and she was very knowledgeable on the menu.

Walked in at 5, plenty of tables open and the guy at the host stand that kinda looked like the monopoly man said “bar only”. I said “no thank you” and we walked out, he yelled “you don’t have any to sit at the bar? ” I said “no thanks” an again he yells at my back “make a reservation “. Super rude. I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

This place is always busy, a little loud, but they deliver in terms of great food. Pork chop is my favorite, along with the grilled shrimp.

Oh so good! I don't know why it took us so long to eat there. We live so close and we definitely will go back. My husband and I had the Chicken Parm with Mushroom Risotto and the Poppy's Lemon Chicken with Smoked Gouda Risotto - delicious. Then we shared the brownie sundae. Brandon, our server, was so great and very helpful.

Literally the best dining experience I’ve had in so long! Drinks were great, food was AMAZING, service was good. Total hidden gem in a very unassuming plaza. Also I saw a negative review from a woman who showed up with a party of 8 with no reservation, if you want a nice meal, you have to call ahead. It’s not bob Evans for gods sake

I couldn't have picked a better place for Valentine's day reservations. This was our first time, and our server Gretchen really made us feel special. She explained the menu and the specials including holiday cocktails. She offered suggestions and was very attentive. The food was amazing! I had the Poppy's lemon chicken and was so tender and juicy. The smoked gouda mac was worth the upgrade. My husband's King cut Prime rib was definitely a King size portion and was cut like butter. I can't even say enough good things. Plus the atmosphere was fabulous. Quiet and relaxed. I will be back.

I love the decor of this place, delicious food, friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

Willow is a good restaurant that delivers some very tasty and unique meals. I particularly like their mac and cheese that is made with smoked gouda cheese. They take attention to detail in their meals to the next level.

I went here for my birthday dinner with my family, the food was phenomenal and the entrance way is beautiful along with the whole atmosphere! I love that the butter is seasoned for the bread, the white french dressing for the salad was amazing.pretty much my whole family order the prime rib, but I ordered the drunken pasta.the prime rib was huge and cooked perfectly.the drunken pasta had amazing flavor and the portion was huge.lastly my boyfriend ordered the willow burger with a side of smoked gouda mac and cheese, both of those had amazing flavor.the food is definitely worth going for, all of it was truly amazing.the only thing is, the owner was walking around hugging people she knew without a mask on and didn’t even come by our table to see how we were doing.the host was also not wearing a mask and the tables were not six feet apart. These small things are not a deal breaker on the experience, I was just very confused how they could get away with it.

Drinks were made wrong ; food was average. Server was super friendly and had knowledge. The host “little old guy” or whoever was rude to us upon entering (maybe he shouldn’t have a vodka, soda sitting on his booth) when asked how everything was we proceed to tell him and he became super defensive and RUDE. Cannot forget how he was in our faces yelling without a mask nothing, disgusting. He needs to be removed or taught what hospitality is in school because the negativity and arrogance will get you shut down. Never yell at your customers!

Do not patronize this business! Their employees are rude and the Management is unprofessional! I was diagnosed with food poisoning from eating there! I called several times to inform the Owner/Manager about the situation which I received the runaround till after the fourth attempt! The Owner had the audacity to tell me I was a liar and to Never call her business again and blankly hung up on me! I have Never been treated like this at any establishment! Their arrogance, apathy, and the lack of professionalism was ignorant and very poor service! I will be making a public statement about my experience!

The food was fantastic! Tried the prime rib and willow pasta and both were the best I've had. Will definitely be going back.

A little on the pricey side, but well worth it. The food portions were adequate, and it tasted amazing. Great for carryout if you don't like to be in the crowd.
