Great local hardware when you don't want to deal with the big box stores. The staff is very helpful most of the time. Their Clark & Kingston paint is the best.

Very helpful when I couldn't find an item, an associate stopped what he was doing to help me locate it.

Never again will I go to euclid Home Depot if I can purchase it here. Great hardware store. Old school courtesy at its finest.

Like I said in another review, they are some lazy, compulsive liars and the staff acted like they couldn’t call the owner on the radio/speaker when she was “walking around” in the store.

This is always my 1st stop when I need a hardware store. The people working here are very helpful and polite. They are also honest and if they don't have what you need to get the job done they'll recommend where to go.

EVERYONE at this Ace Hardware is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The store itself has a huge selection of items. All around great place to come for home improvement projects!

Ace Hardware in willowwick Ohio is run like walmart. The lady at the register was too lazy to pick up a radio and ask somebody for a price. She wanted me to go get it. It's not my job to get the prices it was on the part, but she couldn't read it. And when I said I didn't want it anymore, she copped an attitude. Stay away from this ace hardware in less than you're looking for a job.

I did call to talk to the manager, but he defended her. The whole thing was that there were 3 or 4 back by the key machine talk and only one at register. I didn't understand why one of them could not have looked up the price of the part. It was only seventy nine cents. I understand that they don't know, but i'm handicapped. I've never seen a place that wants the customer to do a price check

Shout out to employee, John, who helped me greatly while I was trying to find a particular lighting accessory. I purchased what I thought was needed, but had to return it. Returning was a breeze. While Ace did not have what I needed, John spent time looking on the internet to locate what I needed. Great customer service! He spent time with me. I learned a few things from him regarding what I needed, and he helped me locate a place where I could find it. Happy customer here. Also, the young ladies at the checkout were very friendly and helpful. Ace is lucky to have such great employees!

Prices are high on everything in store but will buy if needed. They are stingy on discounts. 5 ⁰/o at best. I just bought 2 gutter screws (nails) $2.09 a piece. Total $4.18 with out tax. The next day I didn't need them. I tried to return them, still in wrapper, they wouldn't give me my money back because they were bought in a certain aisle. I think this is a stupid policy and to lose a customer over $4.00.and I just spent over $150.00 on car keys. P. S.l did leave the gutter nail there because I had no need for them. So disappointed in management running the store. Tony Linc
