Willowick Towers

(Delanda Thornton). Willowick Towers is a phenomenal place to live. I have been here for, four years and I love it. It's quiet, clean, and affordable. Management is awesome? My neighbors are the best! This is home, and I plan on staying for years to come?

At the end of October 2020 I was looking at a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment at Willowick Towers. While in the apartment I was informed the rent was $790. I later found out upon signing my lease that rent was $890. The apartment manager refused to honor the quoted price. December 2020 I had Christmas packages stolen. March 2021, I had a door alarm on my door that had been removed from the doorway prompting the alarm to go off and thrown across the room at 4 am. Authorities arrived, who informed me that they are at Willowick Towers regularly. Also in November 2021 someone made an attempt to steal my catalytic converter from my car resulting in damage. December 2021 I had every single package stolen which resulted in me redirecting my packages to a sage location. In 2022 I spoke to the Owner of Coventry Management and expressed my concerns as well as reporting 5 lights were not working in apartment and in response I was belittled and told that renters were to take care of new light bulbs as it I lack common sense. He completely disregarded the acts of theft on his property after I proposed the idea of cameras as a deterrent as they statistically reduce crime by 50%. He laughed and said he wasn’t going to do it. I originally wanted to sign a month to month lease in an attempt to leave however it states rent can go up at anytime. The property manager has a criminal history of theft, and as of May 2022 has attempted to start slanderous rumors about me to other tenants. The property manager also has claimed I did not pay rent one month, and it wasn’t until I provided a video of me placing my rent in the box that she admitted she had received it. I have filmed myself paying rent because there has been nothing but problems with management, lack of professionalism, and common sense. When you leave a bad review they non renew your lease.

I deliver meals and am in and out of a lot of apartment buildings and Willowick Towers is one of the cleanest. Also the staff that I’ve encountered have been very friendly.

Great place to live! I've been here almost 3 years now. The staff is very nice & I love my neighbors!
