7My running group would use the giant hill here for Interval training. Once you get past the giant incline, up near "Foster's Run" you can jog up to North Chagrin Reservation. Also, take some time to drive down River Rd, the sights are eye-popping during the Fall!
Great start for a run. Heading straight up a giant hill gets you going.
Lots of oaved walkways for easy hiking as well as dirt trails for those who are a little more adventurous. My only complaint is that the only garbage cans seem to be at the beginning of the trails.
Took my dog there for a walk and he loved it. It was a nice and quiet trail and I'll probably be going back
Parking place that can be used when hiking in North Chagrin Metro Park. This parking lot is very convenient, is close into town and allows you to do a quick hike during lunch time.
A great place to park and enjoy a hike! There is an access to a bridal trail as well as the paved all purpose trail. As a warning: it's a pretty good uphill from the lot! Both trails will take you to other trailheads throughout North Chagrin. There is a port-o-potty in the lot, and a small picnic area that overlooks a creek leading to the Chagrin River.
