Tremendous service - I’d highly recommend. I had two issues happen at the same time. My sump pump failed, and the outside drain pipes were clogged. I called Wilson Plumbing after hours and they were able to schedule an appointment the following day. Dustin and Zach were the service technicians sent to my home. They are very professional, friendly, efficient, and great representatives for the company. They diagnosed and replaced the failed pump and left the area clean of any debris. They also used a camera to check the outside drain pipe - unfortunately as it is corrugated pipe, it is beyond repair and needs replaced. Fortunately, a temporary solution was left in place as I await the permanent replacement. Again, excellent service - I can’t say enough!

Annabelle has been to our home three times recently for some furnace work that needed to be done. She was professional but extremely warm and informative as well. She explained everything she was doing step by step and what possible problem existed that would be pursued to correct. Upon her return with the part she quickly installed the part and we had heat almost immediately. What a relief and what genuine pleasure to work with Annabelle and the Wilson team. Those answering the phones and following up on scheduling are courteous and actually get back to you quickly. Thanks again.

William completed our job and was so professional, friendly and did a great job on the installation. We will definitely be using Wilson again for future projects.

Wes cleaned and inspected our 40 year old boiler system. Unfortunately I had a bad valve. He answered all my questions and I was curious on the cost of repair vs.replacing the system give its age. Wes called to get me set up to have another Wilson rep out to give me an estimate the same afternoon.

My experience with Wilson Plumbing was excellent. Jason S provided a quote and Quinten performed the repair. They were able to get me into the schedule quickly and resolved the issue to my satisfaction (garbage disposal replacement / sink strainer replacement / re-plumbing drains under kitchen sink).

This company sends a photo of the technician they are sending so you can identify who you're letting in. Also, their technicians were friendly - and on time. The location of the job was clean after their technician completed the work.

I will call them again in the future, and I would recommend this company to a friend or family member.

We cannot thank Jason Kowalski enough for the great job he did at our house last week! We moved into our 1927 Tudor in 2017, and the sink in the master bath (which still has original plumbing) has always been clogged. We've had 2 different plumbers to the house over the years, and neither were able to clear the drain. Then, in comes Jason and the sink drains like new! My wife and I are absolutely thrilled to finally have a functioning sink in our primary bathroom. Jason is a top-skilled drain expert for sure! Much appreciated!
