I’m a regular at Winans since I work in the area. They have my order down to a T - however, today I decided to gamble a bit and just get a barista’s favorite. Madison asked me a couple questions about what I like then presented me with a KILLER GOOD iced buckeye mocha (with an extra shot). Wow! Great place, great service, and the drink was perfect. Thanks Winans!
The drinks themselves get 5 stars for sure. I even buy Winan's beans and grind them myself at home for a fresh cup in the morning. Best coffee out there IMHO. The staff is hit or miss for friendly service. Sometimes you aren't even greeted when you walk in and are the only one at the counter and you have to wait while they take care of drive thru guests. Small price to pay for delicious specialty drinks
Expensive, but good! I wish staff would focus on those purchasing items as well as they do those ordering coffee drinks.
The place was super busy for an afternoon. The staff were still friendly and attentive. The chocolates and drinks are DELICIOUS!
Highly recommend the Wurtle drink!
The chocolate is consistent and yummy. My favorite is the dark chocolate bark. The chai tea needs a little sprucing up, but they have a big selection of syrups to choose from.
Great place. Would be better with at least 2 workers working. Long line. Long wait. One person working.
This visit my mocha coffee was very watery, basically had no taste. As expensive as it is I expected better. The cinnamon roll did not taste fresh. I visited around 10: 15am in Piqua
Thanks to Winans, I have an ongoing resolution to cut down on lattes (try a cherry vanilla latte.mmm, so yummy!) and dark chocolate sea salt caramels (top of the list). Thank goodness the dark chocolate raspberries (Mother's Day), the dark chocolate sea salt eggs (Easter), and the dark chocolate salted carmallows (Easter) are all seasonal. I'm not sure I'm capable of the amount of exercise I would need to do if I had access to all my favorites all year round. Oh, and a shout out to dark chocolate highlander grogg too. So many great choices, but especially, great coffee. I
I visit often as I work across the street. Good coffee. Questionably nice employees depending on the day.
The wait time in drive thru can be funny. I wouldn't recommend stopping if you're in a hurry. 1 car in line and you'll still wait 20 mins.
