This use to be a great property it’s starting go down hill they got maintenance guys ramming residents cars on the weekend with the golf carts

I have been a resident since 11/2022 and I’ve been here 6 months. The staff are all very personable and professional they go above and beyond to ensure your apartment feels like home. The property has so many benefits to it such as the dog park, pool, grill stations, and a gym that is 24/7. Fair pricing and great living, highly recommended.

Brittney was so very helpful through the application process, acceptance, and move in. She answered everything I had questions on and walked me through each and every step so I can fill out on my own. I've lived here for about 3 months now and I love it! The staff is always so nice and welcoming and the community is friendly and decently quiet. I love going to the clubhouse and grabbing some coffee and a snack while getting some work done, playing pool, or just hanging out. It's also safe and welcoming, and surrounded by all the things that you need (grocery stores, car wash, gas station, library, and food spots). One of the best locations period.

Moving into Winchester Park Apts has been an exciting experience for me. Britney Otero who was my leasing consultant did a phenomenal job getting me in a timely manner and ensured that my move in process was error free. Also I had received a washer and dryer pair that had the old 3 prong cord. During my conversation with Britney, Mr. Ron (the maintenance supervisor) was present. He kindly offered to change out my cord when I thought I'd need to wait for payday to order from Amazon. Needless to say, my experience has exceeded all of my expectations and have NO REGRETS in choosing such a fantastic property to move into. Really like living here my experience has not been bad. No place is perfect but when there are issues the new management tries to handle them quickly. Maintenance is always great. Dustin handled fixing my stove and handling the water spill issue immediately and exceeded my expectations. He is a super friendly guy who seems to enjoy what he does.

Dustin on maintenance is amazing! He has the best personality & went above & beyond to help us.

It's been a few months but I could see a lot changes and a lot of improvements the new management is the best I like all the staff very professionals and friendly.
