Winchester Veterinary Clinic, Canal Winchester OH

I have taken all my fur babies there. My mom took all her pets there as well. Always real nice. Very compassionate for us when we had to put our babies down. They gave us the time we needed to say goodbye. Only thing I've ever had an issue with was with one tech that took my Journey girl back to do her nails. Journey was barking and it was loud but the girl was irritated about something and took it out on Journey she jerked on her pretty hard for no resaon plus missed 3 nails. So now I do her nails just takes 2 of us cause Journey is a big girl lol. But other than that I love the office and the vet and will continue to bring my babies there. Thank you

Young, female vet so helpful with my newly acquired overweight cat on our first visit together. Answered all my questions. Staff also very helpful and respectful of us both.

LOVE the new office! I'm always confident in bringing my baby boy here. I do gotta say though.this receptionist just ignored me.

They are wonderful. Taking care of my Grandpup Boo who needed stitches from a cut he got. Everyone is Super and Great with all my Fur babies, Foster's & Grandpups. We Love them.

Horrible Treatment! Incompetent staff and professionals. Did cryo procedure on elderly dog to remove small cyst on pad of paw. No aftercare instructions or paper work (except the bill). At 1 week checkup there was no record our dog had the procedure or anything about it. Owner of practice had no idea what was done to our dog. Said she would do another procedure for an additional $350.00. Absolutely did not care what happened to our dog at her clinic. Terrible care. Choose a better provider for your pet care.

I cannot say enough good things about the staff here. Dr. Carlson is outstanding. I fully trust her with my animals and her opinion. She helped me make the hardest decision of when it was time to say goodbye to my boy. Her kindness and knowledge is why I will never take my kids anywhere else.

The place was ok I only wish the vet was more friendly. Their prices were a bit higher than others.

We have taken all 3 of our cats here when we lived in Canal Winchester. Service aside from a specific front desk employee for general care is fine but I implore you to please not allow your animal to be placed under anesthesia here. Our cat near died and was blinded after a dental procedure here. She was given to us and we were told that they were not confident she would make it 48 hours. She did. But in the months since we have been to many specialists who have brought information to our attention about the quality of the surgery. The wonderful oral surgeon we went to to get her dental finished safely at scraped green rot from her bones. The internal medicine doctor attributed her now chronic kidney disease to needing to be resuscitated for 3 minutes. My time with my wonder girl may be cut short. I very much regret letting this clinic have her under anesthetic, I so wish I had immediately gone to a clinic in which she was supervised 100% of the time she was under like she was at a specialist. I hope you read this and take this into account before you choose to use this clinic for surgery. For general veterinary practices be careful but this clinic may fit your needs.

Horrible and rude front desk. I asked for my dog vaccination records and they would not give them to me or my new vet. Once I told them I have moved from the pickerington area and had to change vets they hung up the phone on me and would pick up the phone or return my calls. I needed the vaccination records so my puppy could get spayed because she’s been having some complications. Thanks to them I had to reschedule and my dog is in pain. They don’t care about you or your animals, all they care about is money and their business.

Very mean and and rude front staff. I needed them to reschedule my appointment (I called days in advance to do this.) and they claimed I was a bad pet owner for doing this and hung up the phone on me

Super rude and snippy receptionist! They won’t let you get your pets medical information from them!

Wonderful staff! Did a great job with my baby Bentley and was definitely affordable. I recommend everyone give them a try.

I honestly have only good vibes for them. I called they got my Milo in that day and it was his very first vet app the lady was very kind to me and Milo I definitely recommend this vet. Thanks for being so kind!

They took me in quickly. I was very pleased with my visit. Fast and friendly. Will definitely use their services again. We need the services in this area.
