Very happy with my five windows that were installed looks amazing great work great price would highly recommend!

I have an issue with one of my sashes in M. Bathroom plus the screen is torn. Window Depot said it will be replaced

The price was fantastic especially for our triple panes windows. The salesman was extremely acknowledgable and answered all our questions. The installers was professional, quick and did a great job installing our new windows. One of the windows was cracked and they called the company right at my home and told us about a month all together and we should be getting the replacement then. Love the new windows, all of the people I have spoken to have been extremely nice and we have been treated well with this company. I have already referred them to a few people I work with.

If you are looking for windows I definitely recommend Window Depot. The time frame we were given from the start of the process until the end was accurate. Our salesman was also very thorough with answering questions. The installation team went above and beyond with installing the windows themselves. Especially with how difficult our windows were to put in. However, there are some reasons why I can’t give the full 5 stars. The cleanup wasn’t the best. There were pieces of plastic and a lot of wood shavings still lying around. We also found used cigarettes just thrown on the ground. They also left a piece of plastic on the outside of the window just hanging (as pictured). And finally our window sill got scraped pretty good (also pictured). But even with the negatives I would still choose this company again.

We chose Window Depot for our home and at a rental because of the quality of their triple pane windows and for their great service during and after the sale. Their professional installers are neat and efficient. We needed a pane replaced and the process was so quick and easy. We love that the guarantee transfers with the house so the future owners never have to worry about the windows. They truly are a great company and care about the product they sell.

Awesome! The men arrived right on time. They had our old windows out and the new ones in without problem. We can notice a big difference with the amount of noise we use to have from the street in front of our home and also no drafts around the windows anymore! The guys were very careful working in the house and outside around my bushes and plants and Christmas lights! Perfect cleanup after they were finished. We are totally thrilled!

Crews for the windows and siding were both top flight. All interactions I had with the office were pleasant and productive. Customer service was made readily available, and took care of all problems and complaints I had.

We got new siding on our home. The guys didn't put my satellite wire back up.they didn't put my dusk to dawn lights back up.needless to say when I get new windows next year. I will be going with someone else! Also they are not telling customers that they put a lien on their home! Salesmen for them do not tell you! My friend is talking to an attorney. She ran into hard times and they are trying to forclose on her home! I talked to my friend.it was window depot.the salesman never told her a loan through a finance company would put a lien on her home if something should happen.and a guy stopped at our house about us getting new windows and asked why there were no plates put on for out doorbells. He said those should have been put on!

We had a very positive experience from start to finish. They clearly communicated what to expect and when. We replaced the majority of our windows with triple pane. There was a cold snap last night. The few older windows, which are 14 years old, have some moisture along the bottom of the sashes. The new windows are completely dry. The installation crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves. Window Depot offered a $100 gift card after the project was complete. I called their customer service to see if the completed form for the promotion could be emailed, which it could. I was having some difficulty getting in touch with the company used to finance the work. Their customer service representative went above and beyond to help with the problem.
