Window Nation, Warrensville Heights OH

They did a good job of installing windows and an exterior door but as far as standing behind their statement of getting replacement handles or locks, you can forget it. I have called on 3 different occasions over the last couple months about a getting a simple latch for my storm door and they have yet to call me back, even after customer service sent me an email to forward pictures too, which was done immediately. I am not paying one of their techs $150 to come out and see the latch and then charge me for that too. Get behind your product Window Nation and do the right thing for your customers!

Update July 2022:
I finally received the latch, as well as all of the storm door hardware. Not sure where the break down in line was but every time my wife or I spoke with customer service they told it would be handled by the service manager. I think they might want to dig into that in order to keep this from happening to other customers!

Ryan the rep was very knowledgeable, helpful in my choices, on time, and answered all my questions. He showed us the windows that would fit our condo. He is a great representative of your company.

I have 3 super old windows in my back room.they are horrible. Once recently had the glass fall out after the wood frame decayed. Accepted the sign to finally get new windows Matt was awesome! He explained all of the different options with frame and glass type. Super thankful to get updated windows in the back to save on energy costs.

I hate to be pressured, pushed, harassed & feel like a scheme is being run on me. My experience with Ricky was very informative. Ricky really was very helpful. The greatest thing, was he was polite, professional, not pushy and was able to explain in detail every step of the process.

Excellent sales personnel. Very knowledgeable and have a great product! Very willing to work with you on the price even. Simply felt they are a bit outside the range we can afford. However would love to have their product.

From the initial in home counsel to the last bit of cleanup, ***** top notch service. The windows are beautiful! The installation crew were absolutely wonderful, felt like family installing our windows (and thats a good thing). Great communication, on time delivery and installation. Can't think of one negative thing to say! Would highly recommend Window Nation to anyone thinking about replacement windows. Started with the other guys, ended up with the right guys! Ricky Kelly came to my property on time, was very professional and the presentation was outstanding. He explained everything very well and answered all of our questions very clearly. Let see how the installation goes but as of now 10/10

We had an appointment with Jered to get ~20 1950s windows replaced. The appointment was at 1pm but Jered's last appointment went a little long (these guys are not afraid to spend as much time as they need to to ensure you're comfortable and all your questions are answered), so he called and gave us ample heads up that he was about 15 minutes behind schedule.
Jered ended up spending almost 4 hours with us, going over options, clearly explaining differences in price and quality, measuring windows, and securing financing. He was warm, funny, professional and incredibly knowledgeable. Not only was he able to answer the questions we had about the product, he also offered his advice, and helped determine the best route for payment based on our income and timeline.
Jered took the time to make sure all the paperwork was completed and submitted before he left so there wouldn't be any "homework" for us to do while he wasn't around to answer questions. He also included the lead paint containment in the initial quote, although it may not be necessary: "We never come back and ask our customers for more money" he explained.
Overall, the experience was wonderful, professional, and comfortable. We will absolutely be recommending Window Nation and can't say enough about Jered!

I called for an estimate and received a same day appointment. Mike was very professional, on time and spent a lot of time answering my questions and informing me about Window Nation’s advantages. The process was seamless!

We had an excellent sales person Brian who was able to listen to our needs and match that with the right window and the right price. All of the installers were easy to deal with and very respectful of our home and time. We are repeat buyers from window nation and would happily recommend them.

After getting a couple different quotes, I chose Window Nation to replace and install a number of windows in my home. While the work has not been completed yet I opted to chose them for the job for a number of reasons. Their salesperson Andrew was direct and honest and did a great job explaining each step of the process as well as the materials used and why. It was a no pressure sales experience, which I very much appreciate. I also like that it is a family owned local business.

Ralph and team were very fast and efficient getting the right door in place the wrong door with the right label was sent by mistake and it took them no time at all to get the right door here and in place very polite and business like and very clean I'm planning on doing the rest of my windows throughout the rest of the house and requesting Ralph and his team to do it for me again
