Jeff was awesome! He was very professional and made us feel heard and understood. Jeff was very knowledgable and he made sure we were comfortable with everything he presented to us and answered all our questions when we had one. We’re very pleased with the pricing we received. We would definitely recommend Window Nation.

I got two estimates prior to my estimate with Window Nation. The product presented by Window Nation was high quality. Of the two other companies I got estimates from, one was great quality and high priced and the other was okay quality at a very competitive price. Window Nation had a reasonable for price for great quality which will be a much better value long-term. Julius was very friendly and courteous during the estimate and thoroughly explained and demonstrated the product. I was told that currently there’s about a 8-10 week wait time which was significantly less than another company that had a 26 week wait time. I can’t wait to continue the process and see how it all turns out.

A special shout out and thank you to Randall Harlow, for his time and understanding of what my needs were. And he didn’t make me feel pressured like so many other companies. Can’t wait to see the finished product.

It was a quick experience from a minimal survey online to a phone call back, an estimate and meeting with Randall, and measurements happening in a couple days. I felt informed, like I was listened to, and supported with the decision I made. He was also great with my dog, who being a rescue can struggle with new people. Overall, it was a great experience for such an important purchase!

Very good experience. Randall Harow was the rep that helped us, and he was very straightforward, didn’t try to sell us stuff we didn’t need, and went through different payment options so we could pick the one we liked best. He was also very personable and not the ‘stiff’ salesperson-type we expected. Also glad to be working with a smaller company and not feel like a number to big business.

It was 7 degrees out and the crew showed up to do the windows and they didn’t stop until they were done. They did a great job! They also let me know what they were doing the entire time. They were very polite and they worked well together they definately know what they are doing.

I am writing this review solely on my interaction with the sales rep Ian. I really appreciate Ian and his ability to answer all of our questions. He knows his business and gave great details as to the product and process. He was very courteous and respectful. Unfortunately, this large of a purchase is just not in the cards for us right now. We were hoping we would see better financing options, but I just couldn't agree to the financing terms presented.

Could not be happier with our experience with Window Nation. From the time Alex came to give us our estimate and talk service with us, to the scheduling team, and Brandon and his install guys (who WORKED the day of the installation …. I mean WORKED) - they have all been outstanding. A project like this is an expensive one, and it’s not like you get to drive a shiny new sports car off the lot when you’re talking about windows - it’s not a fun thing to have to do as an adult home owner. However, the people we had the opportunity to work with throughout this project made it as close to painless as it could get. This company and its representatives have treated us very well and so far have stood behind everything we were promised up front. I would recommended them (and specifically everyone we dealt with directly) over and over again. Job well done, folks.

Jeff was very kind, very informative. Unfortunately, he did not have glass box windows to offer me.but he did look and review all the windows in the house that I want it replaced and was unable to give me a quote. But I got his card. He was on time, he was courteous and very informative. Thank you

So far, we’ve been very pleased with the interaction with the Window Nation rep. Install is yet to happen but I’m optimistic based on their process.

I worked with Alex to get a quote - he was very knowledgeable about the product. It is evident that he knows and understands people. He provided a great price for a quality product. Even though I am still deciding if new windows is right for my home, this would be my choice if I decide to move forward on the project! I learned quickly through my interactions that this company goes about their business the right way - people first!

They replaced 28 windows with a fantastic wonderful courteous team of 5 within 9 1/2 hours start to finish in 37 degree weather. A awesome job so glad we used them these are a few pictures of finished project

Terrible service. They expect full payment even if the work is done incorrectly.
They don't do final inspection.
