The person answering the calls was very polite and knowledgeable. We are just getting a quote, but the way she handled the call was very professional and I have high hopes that we will move forward with window install.

We were absolutely thrilled with the entire process. Start to finish was professional and the product looks great. They were on time, finished as estimated, and cleaned up everything.

It started with Barry, the salesman. He was very professional and cut to the chase. No long, unnecessary sales pitches or high pressure sales tactics. The house already had 3 Window World windows newly installed when we purchased our home a few years back, so we liked the idea of them all matching. We were told the wait for the windows could be 2-4months out, but was called around 5 weeks from when we placed our order, and we lucked out and had a opening for install the next day. The installers were professional as well, and installed 13 windows for us in one day, they only had to return the next day to trim out the last few windows on the outside of the house. What a difference new windows make! Our original to the home, 30+ year old windows we dry rotted, falling apart and drafty. These windows are high quality at a great value.

A man came measured windows, ordered them and I paid for them. Arrived on time. One man removed all the windows fast. Then when installation came the windows were too small. They put shims and some insulation in and the windows.
I live on a busy street and it sounds like the cars, motorcycles and semis are in my home. Two of the windows the top drops down when opening them. When I called them and explained this, I was told I had to pay for them to come back out and I could get online and watch a video to try and fix them. Bad business. Wonder how many others this has happened to? Did you go without windows? We’re you expected to pay for them to come back out or told to watch a video?

From the first telephone call to schedule a consultation to the completion of the installation, this is a terrific company to work with. Everyone is so friendly and they answered all of our questions. Our salesman was amazing with product explanation and not pushy at all. The installation was a great experience, even though it was sleeting and snowing the installers were in good spirits and took their time to complete the job correctly.
