Great service from Window World. Steve Sentich did a great job installing our door and windows. He was very professional, thorough, and left no mess for us to clean up. Good quality product. Very happy with the service and the installation. Lucille kept us informed of the status of the order and when delivery and installation would be scheduled. Very satisfied.

The two gentlemen that did the work were very professional, courteous, work together as a team and took pride in their workmanship. They were on time. They clean up after the work was completed. They worked from the second they got here till they were finished. I strongly recommend Window World to everybody who needs windows installed.
I was so impressed I ordered a new front door to be installed.
The ladies I talked to from the company were like rays of sunshine. They had a professional attitude and ask all questions.

The process was very professional from the beginning of the salesman, to the coordinator for the order, and finally the installer. Very good product at a very good value.

Window World was the most affordable option we found. They responded to an inquiry within a day and scheduled the estimate within a month. It was 3 months from estimate to install, which was longer that I wanted but still worked well for us since the temperatures cooled off, allowing us to open our windows. We will be having additional windows replaced by them in the spring.

I can't say enough good about Window World. Everything from the estimates to the installation are top notch. I wouldn't use anyone else. When they are done they even clean up so good you'd never know they were there.

Awesome job from start to finish. Would definitely recommend them however I am updating this review as now that a couple of months have gone by some issues, mainly with the front door, have cropped up. We have yet to call and address this issue but will update once we do. Asking for a review a day or two after the install is a bit too soon in my opinion.

Windows are beautiful! The young man that installed the windows was very professional, friendly and respectful. I had no clean up afterwords. The staff in the office is very pleasant to deal with. I would highly recommend window world.

The crew was super professional, drop cloths over everything. New windows look great, inside and out. They covered the outside trim, it never has to be painted again!
Only downside is my wife wants all new drapes. LOL

We were very happy with the service that Window World provided. The installer was very quick & efficient when installing the windows. He also finished the install of 11 windows in one day. Everything was done neatly & he cleaned up after the install.

Starting with the salesman.he was extremely informative and professional. He walked us through everything. He took his time and helped us make all the decisions on our windows, entryway door, storm door, and sliding glass door. He was fantastic! Now for our installer, Steve. This was a really big job for one person but Steve did it with ease. 12 windows, storm door, entryway door and sliding glass door. He did not rush, he did beyond high quality work and was so professional and kind. Sometimes it can uncomfortable to have a stranger in your home for 3 days but that was not the case with Steve. He explained everything he was doing, asked if we liked what he was going to do, and took the time to show me how the world does operated. If I could give 10 stars to Steve I would! Highly recommend!

From Kelly who did the estimate and went over all my options to Steve the installer. Both are true assets to the company. They were extremely professional, courteous, respectful, and punctual! Both individuals made sure that ever question or concern I had was answered and taken care of. After the work Steve did on the windows he was the deciding factor that made up my mind to have Window World so my siding when I go to have it done. If the siding crew is as phenomenal as Steve I will have a great looking house. I want to say to Steve again thank you for all that you do and did. Your quality of work is phenomenal. As a whole the company is truly phenomenal! I highly recommend to anyone needing new windows to call them! It has been worth every penny my wife and I spent so much that when I redo my siding I’m going with Window World to do it! I know it will not only make my house look amazing but the quality of the product with the warranty you won’t find it anywhere else and you can’t beat it! From start to finish, we had a very good experience with WW. They were very organized and kept us informed on all aspects of where we were in the process of getting new windows. Jason L was excellent in the type of windows we should get for our house - no pressure sales and we really liked his approach with us. Ben and Rob installed all windows and patio doors and did a wonderful job. They were very professional in their work. Lucille kept us informed and followed up with us in the end to make sure everything went well with the installation. We are very pleased with our Window World experience and highly recommend them when purchasing new windows. Our house now looks very up to date with our new windows.
