Repeat customer. Window World gives the best service and quality. Sales associate and installers both were very friendly, timely and professional. They do great work and I am very happy with our new windows.

Window world had a better quality of siding than the other companies that I looked at. I went with the insulated siding.

I spent 13,000 with Window World replacing all of the windows in the home. The sales rep and the former GM Chris Anderson sold me on the "lifetime" replacement which I was told included vandalism. A few of the windows were shot out a couple months after installing them and come to find out Window World is not upholding their lifetime replacement guarantee. The main reason I went with this company over the many others was the warranty, I could have went with Home Depot and saved 3,000 if I knew the warranty would not be worth anything. Very disappointed in the customer service and professionalism of this company.

We are extremely satisfied with our new windows. They look great and are so easy to operate. We are in awe of how hard the installers worked and how precise they were. I think the whole neighborhood seemed to walk past and we are getting many compliments on how good they look. I would highly recommend Window World to anyone.

Good experience from beginning to end. Sales person was not pushy at all and very informative, answered all of our questions. Office kept in touch throughout the process of placing order/installation. Installer was nice, informative, and left area clean. Overall professional and transparent, would use again. Also the most cost effective option we explored.

Working with Window World has been a great experience. The windows are beautiful and the quality is great. If you’re at all concerned about quality (we were) I encourage you to visit the showroom and actually see all the options.

We love window world. 3 years ago we got half of our windows replaced and this year we got a few more replaced. They worked very well with us to get us at a price that fit our needs.

The 3 men came in my house and introduced themselves. They checked to see which window they were replacing. They went right to work and in a little over 2 hours, they replaced 7 windows across the front of my house. They took the time to clean up after themselves. They were very professional. I am well pleased with the work that was done.

The window frame was flemsy. The screen door had a 2" gap at the bottom and they left it that way. They caulked the window and did a sloppy job. My husband had to figure out how to cover the 2" gap (flies we're coming in the house) and cover other gaps in the door frame. We will NEVER use Window World again and we will warn others about our experience!

My house is finally equipped with all the BIS windows! Super clean parses too.

I had 13 windows and 5 doors replaced (2 of those were storm doors). They did it in a day and a half and it looks magnificent. The storm doors are the best storm doors I've ever had anywhere I have lived. I would highly recommend them.

We just got windows put in today and they did a fantastic job. Very nice made sure to clean up all mess in the house and outside. Definitely would recommend 10/10. Everybody we have dealt with from the company was super nice and professional. Our one screen had a tiny hole that we didn't even see when they were done with the installation the one showed us and automatically wrote up an order for a new screen before we even signed the installation papers. Very happy with today!

I got 4 bids from different companies. Window World not only had the best prices but also come with an itemized sheet of all their products and costs. They are not there to play a number game with you like the others trying to give you a discount if you sign that day. They just come out with the best possible price.
Also their system of checks and balances is awesome and smooth running. You always speak with a person and not being asked to press button options. They also call and text you throughout the entire process so you know exactly when your windows are ordered, when the are delivered, and when they are on their way to your house. Very personal and professional experience.
The installation looks great and I couldn't be happier.

This company is by far the best. We unfortunately had to cancel our installation due to a full renovation having to be done on the home we purchased, but them giving a refund of the down payment and being so understanding.my husband and i will only be using them once we have all of the structural issues taken care of! Window world of youngstown, you guys and gals truly are amazing! You helped in making these southern folks feel like they've found a wonderful place to call home, as kind as you have been! We cannot wait to be able to come in once all the major stuff is done with our purchase, and get that bay window!

Charged me 1,878$ for new storm.door.exact door at home depot 479$ installed for 250$. I paid 2 1/2 times more. I am a widow and elderly. This was a disgrace. Never ever use them or recommend them.
