Windows Plus, Newtown OH

In this review, I'm commenting about the installation of our windows. I will separately review the Windows themselves. Eric Willis was the installer for our windows. He did a great job! He was very professional, friendly, and expertly installed our windows. When removing our old windows, the top pane was fixed to the frame; it didn't slide up and down. Eric had to use a heat gun to separate them from the frame, and the process resulted in the old, brittle windows to break apart. Eric was able to minimize this, but we expected some breakage. After the installation, I went looking for broken glass, and was satisfied to find that he cleaned up the areas extremely well. The trim work also looks amazing. Again, he did a great job! Very happy!

Eric Willis was my installer. He was on time, very easy to communicate with and professional. All scraps and products were cleaned up when finished. Would definitely sake for him again. The windows look great.

Professional and prompt. A couple of guys remembered I had asked for one of their hoodies, which they dropped by. We did a quick walk around, and they went over the lifetime warranty. I highly recommend this company and Eric Willis my installer. Thanks to all the people at Windows Plus.

We LOVE our new doors (front door, kitchen storm/screen door, steel door from house to garage). They are definitely high quality doors at competitive prices. We can’t praise Brian, the installer, enough for the outstanding job he did. We will return to Windows Plus for future home improvement needs (They’ve also done all our windows).

A mediocre, disappointing experience overall, mostly due to the installation. Left dirt and footprints everywhere, broken glass and metal outside and they were surprised when we asked them to actually clean the windows before they left (they didn’t have glass cleaner so we had to supply that). Salesperson Rick exaggerated the product a bit then disappeared after the sale. Bright spot was the follow up after we shared feedback and the technician who came in response.

Edit: it’s weeks later and I’m still finding metal debris left behind by the installers. Good thing I don’t have little kids running around.

WindowsPlus is a high-quality, service oriented organization. Good products, knowledgeable people, professional installation.

This was such a positive experience with both sales and service! Everyone was great from start to finish. Tim and Daryl were wonderful with installation and clean up. I will recommend Windows Plus to anyone interested in quality product and great customer care ~

My new windows are so much more than I expected. Outside noises are so diminished as to be unnoticeable. Even more, the weather is not a distraction, meaning the wind or storm activity.
The windows and doors are attractive, and while heavy, very easy to operate (I am a senior citizen weakling).
Their installers are a pleasure to work with, and top of the line in what they do.
Do yourself a favor and get prices from Windows Plus while you’re looking at replacement windows. Then visit their showroom.

After meeting with multiple Window Replacement Companies we decided on Windows Plus. This was due to our salesman, Scott Debruler, his knowledge on the installation process and the windows, made the decision to go with them very easy. We were kept in communication throughout the process with the second measurement, the ordering process, and the scheduling of the installation. The installation team was thorough and left everything as clean as we had it beforehand. The metal and caulk work was perfectly done. Could not have asked for a better experience!

One of the best experiences I have had with contractors. Always polite, friendly, always deliver what they say and when. Best customer service -they work overtime to make sure you are satisfied. Eric, Chuck, and Troy are standouts in CS. So far am happy with windows. Would definitely recommend.

Initial communications were prompt and visit from salesperson, measurement of openings and return visit to home to sign contract happened within a week. Once the contract was signed and half price paid, they didn't return texts or calls. Finally I called and was told windows and door were in warehouse, I then had to contact 'Installation' office' to schedule an install appointment. Windows & door installation was great, but the two window sills we had contracted for had not been ordered. The sills were installed Nov. 20.

Great quality, triple paned windows and door. They really make a difference on keeping heat in and cold out! Thanks!

The ordering process was quick and easy. The windows are the best quality I have seen at an incredibly affordable price. What really made them stand out was the installation. Very friendly. They were done in just a couple of days (we have a ton of windows). Not at all intrusive as far as interrupting our day. Barely knew they were there. No mess inside our out during or after the installation. The attention to detail sealing around the windows and trimming them was outstanding. This is the second house we have had WP replace our windows. They will be our go to wherever we go!

Everyone we dealt with were professional and courteous. We esp liked Chuck, the installer, and the job he did. On time and very skilled and friendly. Nice guy who works for a great company.

Our two installers, Andrey and Eric were great! They asked where the new door was going and they told me what they were going to do. They answered all my questions. They leveled and made sure the new door fit perfectly in the exiting place the old door was. They asked again if we had any more questions when they were done. We would highly recommend hiring Windows Plus again!

Had all new windows put in last Feb. And wished now I had kept my old ones, it is colder in my house now more than it ever was
