The dress selection is ok. Found a dress we liked but got home (an hour away) only to find that the security tag is still on the dress! Paying $120 plus for a dress and finding that is very disappointing. Get it together! Now I need to find a way to get it taken off and hopefully not drive an hour to do so!

Found a dress for prom, but the associate Sofia was not very nice and was very annoyed when asking for help. She was also complaining about other customers in front of us. When she handed me my change, she dropped coins and looked at me. Not very friendly.

We visited Windsor after already having found a different dress for homecoming and visiting many stores. My daughter didn’t love the dress because she felt like she had settled on the selection other stores had, so we decided to try one more store.so thankful we did! She tried on dozens of dresses in all different styles and colors and found THE one at Windsor:) thank you for giving back her confidence

Only gave 3 stars because they have Great dress selections and affordable prices. The staff however are incredibly rude! They all need an attitude adjustment. Do you want your staff representing your business in that manner?

I visited the store today and I got a dress when I go to one of the girl to try on.she told 30 minutes before close that I can’t try onbecause they don’t let do that at 4: 30 becuause is close to close at 8pm. Which I consider was ridiculous because it will just take me less of 5 minutes.

My daughter bought a dress for a wedding and found it the same day online for $30 cheaper and they thankfully refunded her the difference.

Super cute dresses.went for prom dress.found one.lady at register acted like she hated life.asked for a dress bag she didn’t give us one.and gave us a heck of an attitude.so much for good customer service!

The girls here are so nice! I came in with my daughter for prom dresses and all the girls were eager to help her and complimented her on almost every dress. My daughter doesn’t particularly like to dress up and the workers there made her feel comfortable! We even found a pair of shoes for her to wear!

The store has cute stuff but they close and open whenever they want. I came at 11 and waited till they opened at 11 and they just never were open. At 11: 40ak I left because they need to update their hours or get more workers so they don’t close the store everytime they need to eat. Besides that the store is nice it’s the workers that are rude and not helpful.

Every time I've been to this store they close an hour earlier than it says online, the lines are super long (35-40 minutes) and the dressing rooms are the same. The dress racks are really messy and it's hard to find anything because there is no organization. The staff told me the dressing rooms closed at 6: 30 and then while I was making a return they let another customer go try stuff on at around 6: 50 until the store closed at 7. Only go if you know what size you want and what you want. It's a really stressful and unpleasant experience.

I have made several of thousands of dollar’s in purchases in the past 6 months. After my sister in law purchased online she called and asked to exchange in person, they told her she could on the phone, but couldn’t bc the system was down. The customer service was the issue. They were completely rude!

The store’s clothing options are great, but the staff? Not so much. I went to the store rather than ordering online so I could try items on. An associate directly told me that the fitting rooms were closed, which was frustrating but understandable given the pandemic. However, it turns out that the fitting rooms weren’t just closed. Apparently the fitting rooms WERE open, but only to those that they felt like letting try on. As I was leaving I noticed the same woman who told me the fitting rooms were closed sneaking another customer into one of the fitting rooms and whispering “hurry hurry. ” How is this acceptable and not discriminatory?

Options are plenty. Great store! Which is why I gave 3 stars. Could’ve been 5 but the lines were super long which costs us lost time of about 35 minutes so just be prepared for long lines. (Forgot it’s homecoming time so may be the reason)

Horrible experience for a first time visit. Came in and all the dressing rooms were unavailable to customers. For this being a time of homecoming at schools, why would you do that? Then I finally had my daughter almost like her dress and I hear a rumor among other parents that they are only taking cards. No cash. How about posting that on the doors/entryway? Wasted a good 45 minutes of my time.
