In January I called to schedule an appointment, they said the first available appointment was mid March, and although I could not really wait that long for an appointment I went ahead and scheduled. Today 2/25/21 they called to let me know they wouldn’t have a doctor in the office on the day of my appointment, the next available appointment at any of their offices would be mid May. Unorganized, unprofessional, and completely ridiculous

Decided to go elsewhere after going Saturday to being asked if I "got the voicemail" which never was placed, saying that my appt was made for 12am and not 12 pm on a Saturday and they had to reschedule me. This is after using their online scheduling system (I didn't choose 12am, I know for a fact), and receiving a less than friendly greeting from the receptionist it's not worth the headache.

Good eye exam but still waiting a month later for my frames because of terrible communication between the shop and their lab. I won’t be back after my frames get here. I’ve needed the frames for work and still don’t have them. I could’ve went to any competitor shop and been taken care of long ago.

This was my first time at this eye office and I had an amazing experience. All the employees were so nice and professional. I was informed of the cleaning procedures they implemented to prevent the spread of COVID. Dr Chad Zumberger was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and efficient.

Everyone was very pleasant! I had issues with my insurance and Barb was very kind in helping get it taken care of. Dr. Burt was informative and made sure I was comfortable with everything. Dan helped fit me for contacts and was really nice.

Wing always does an awesome job. When you do go, the staff is more than great. Everyone is always happy and helpful. Sandi always gets me the best deal when I go. They aren't trying to take all your money!

Unprofessional, unable to follow directions, unwilling to cooperate with insurance and your doctor. However there absolutely willing to take you're money.

I have had glasses for over 20 years now, and I have never felt more welcome and comfortable at an eye doctor than with the Wing Eyecare team. They explained what was happening, so I finally knew the reasoning behind every test and I knew what my specific eyes were like. I'm recommending them to everyone I know!

The office staff was friendly. Appointment ran on time. Dr Burt was thorough with exam and listened to my concerns. I was even able to get fitted for contacts that day. I was not pushed into looking at glasses as well. They were there to help me with what I specifically wanted. They broke down the cost of insurance and even what year supply of contacts would be. There was no surprise charges. And they even found a rebate for me!

I went to Wing Eyecare for my first ever eye exam. Dr. Burt was very informative and thorough with the exam explaining everything to me to help me understand.

I've been wearing glasses and/or contacts most of my life and used to go to different doctor office, I've been going to Wing for about three years and can't be more happy that I switched! Wing is always a clean environment with welcoming, helpful staff. Dr. Burt is knowledgeable and personable. Every time I come in for eye exams or just to get my glasses adjusted the staff are always pleasant and willing to help and have very little wait time. I highly recommend Wing eye care!

From the moment I walked in each person I dealt with was professional and aware that my eyes are extremely important to me. Not pushy about products, helpful with questions and felt great about being there.

Wing Eyecare is a terrible place to be a patient. From the moment you walk in to the time you walk out, they are trying to get more of your money and are rude while doing it. They have a limited selection of glasses and will be snotty if you use your prescription to buy from somewhere else. I am not usually the type of person to put a review online, especially a negative one. I will never go back.

I had an eye injury from trade, emergency room removed hot metal burned/stuck to eye; went to these doctor cause they were open late and had high reviews. The doctor examined me, and it was my first time in an eye doctor since enlistment day. The doctor was awesome, and was thorough and went above and beyond to such an extent that I decide to use them to for my first pair of real glasses; which is bi-focals, age popper there. The staff was awesome too, Dave the optometrist got the selection I wanted and I ended up buying two really nice pairs of glasses. He went above and beyond to care for my eyes, and he did; these are my most precious commodities; and his expertise really won me over for a lifetime at this store. The sizing and adjustment, has made the difference in my happiness being real and long term. My wife is coming back to get second pair from this store cause of their care and expertise, plus i owe her a decked out pair for her; she is the best wife!

That staff, immediately as I walked in, was very polite and helpful on the steps I needed to take to go through with my appointment. Dr. Burt was very kind and informative during my exam and cared for my comfort throughout. The staff knowledge and care is exceptional and I would definitely recommend going to the Western Hills office!

I really like Wing Eyecare on Glenway. It's easy to get an appointment. The staff are all very nice and helpful. I saw Dr. Burt for my last exam and he was great. My son bent the arm piece of his glasses that he got at Wing and they fixed it for him at no charge. I've had nothing but positive experiences there.

I've been coming here for about 4 or 5 years now and don't think I'll be returning after my last visit. The Doctors and assistants were fine, but the front office pretty much butchered it for me. I work as a Front Office Receptionist myself, just in the dental field rather than vision. First, my insurance was not done properly so I was overcharged for my visit. I noticed this on the papers when I got home so I called to have it changed and get some of my money refunded. I looked at my insurance papers and calculated what I should have been charged and still feel that I was overcharged but have ignored that thus far. Then, I ordered my glasses there and they said it takes usually about 7-14 business days to get the text or call that they are ready for me to pick up. It was about 2 1/2 weeks later so I decided to call and check the status. The front office girl said that they were there. Granted the timing was pretty close, I still never received any call or message that they were in and it would have been much more convenient for me to have been able to pick them up yesterday, when they had supposedly been received by the office, than any other day this week. So it seems to me that their Front Office staff is either understaffed and overwhelmed or inexpierenced.

I got in next-day, received my contacts two business days later and the whole trip, exam and one year's worth of contacts (both eyes) will cost less than $100 after mail-in rebate! Highly recommend!
