My eye dr. (new name of business). I get new glasses in August as well as sunglasses and keep them put up because I still had a few miles left on my old pair. I go to put the new ones on and a spring flies out almost going into my eye rendering them useless. I contact my area office and was told, come in and a repair would be done.nope, rude no.was told I have to buy a new everything so insurance could be charged.nothing about the glasses spring exploding in my eye area. I couldn't even purchase a repair or frames which were on display to this day.horrible and unsafe practice with zero regard for eye safety or an unsafe product.just wow.call the corporate number and no answer.lol
