Terrible manager when a problem arose. Draft beer temperature problem and NO customer service to deal with the problem. We took our 200 dollars of business else where

Great food. Service just a little slow. Hardly anyone there, but food was slow getting to the table.

Wings are always good and the onion rings are outstanding. Beer selection has decreased some but still a good value.

This particular location was pretty nice. We stopped here after a Kings Island visit. The service was great, and our server seemed pretty genuine. The only issue I had was that there were foreign bits of who knows what floating in my beer. I asked for a replacement, and it was brought to me, but I didn't realize until after I paid that I was charged for a second beer (no big deal). The food was just as good as I expected it to be, and the promptness of our server helped make the experience ever better. He constantly came around asking how we were doing and of we needed anything. Even though the floaty beer bits tainted that visit a bit, I'd still come back to this location whenever we're around the area.

Placed a delivery order for three people. 2 of us did not receive our side of onion rings. Called to have them deliver the rings and was told they couldn't do that. All they could do was refund to my credit card. I still haven't seen the refund. Last chance for this place.

Absolutely wonderful service from Alyx! She was so sweet & attentive. Food was delicious, and the lunch menu was very affordable with generous portions as well!

Our server was Leeshell and she was amazing, super kind and nice. She was great at making us feel welcomed and making sure we were happy with our food and overall time here.

Server was all but non-existent, and then he managed to have items on the wrong checks. I won't likely be back unless it's someone else's decision.

The appetizers were good, the blue cheese dip was extremely good, but the wings were disappointing. 5 of us ate there, 5 of us were in the restroom all evening. Take that for what it is worth.

Our server Michael was very informative and attentive to me and girlfriend. Service was quick and the rest of the staff was also friendly.

Maybe I caught them on a bad day but the wings were dried out. Maybe from the night before.

The Bartender Michael was amazing. The food was fresh, hot and delicious and the beers were cold. 10/10

I tried the califlower wings but I didn't care for the sauce. Get it on the side so you can decide and not contaminate the entire dish my mistake

My grilled buffalo chicken sandwich was amazing. The street corn was phenomenal! My husband got lemon pepper wings and he loved them. Everything came out nice and hot. Service was prompt, polite and attentive without hovering. Everything was excellent.

Me and the wife stop in for lunch on our way to our bi-monthly tattoo appointment. We also take the kids there for dinner. Always good food and service.
