Pretty much impossible to place an order over the phone, they just put you on hold until you end up hanging up.

Had the best experience at wing stop. Great food the workers were very prompt and friendly and very helpful.

Ordered online, my order was wrong, then couldn’t get through by phone so we went up there and they told us they’re not answering the phones right now and that it would be 40 minutes to correct my order.

Friendly staff and great service. Always ready and the food always is perfect. I love how clean the store is. And how you are always greeted with a smile when u walk thru the door.

It was a 18 minute wait wings were fresh and decent quality nothing special fries were somewhat cold considering the 18 minute wait overall had ok wings but nothing special mostly bad experience

I went to purchase a gift card. Although no one on staff had experience with setting it up, the young lady who assisted me did not give up until she figured it out. She represented Wing Stop with excellence!

Houston did an amazing job helping us get what we wanted! It was our first time trying Wingstop and I would 10/10 recommend! Please go show them some love and enjoy the delicious garlic parmesan wings!

We’ve ordered from here 3 times and have been pleased every time. Orders have always been correct and hot alway had a pleasant experience with employees when picking up orders.

Ordered online, took over an hour to get my food because they gave half my wings to someone else. Delivery guy waited for at least 40min on site. Ended up just letting him have my order

Went their today to pick-up food i order online. I witnessed the cook sneeze on his hand and kept on working.so I told the worker at the front counter.she gave me a attitude and then told the worker.he wash his hands for like 5 seconds and return to cooking.i told the manager what happened and and she said was ok. I don't recommend going their.this was in Springfield ohio.

Customer service could be better wings taste like they haven't changed the grease in a couple weeks

So i decided to give wing stop another chance and they blew it out of the park with the mild boneless wings today. Another order of this caliber and ill happily give 5 stars.

This place is always so clean and the people that work there are very pleasant. My food was hot and fresh and the fries are the best!
