Wingstop, Cincinnati OH

If I could give this wing stop a 0 star I would. They over charged me so I lost my $100 and I’ve been playing telephone with them back and forth to get it back and it’s been over a week. I’ve been nothing but nice and still haven’t made any progress to get it back. Very disappointed.

The wings were good as far as taste! However, some of them where under cooked because they were too big!

The food was great. The kitchen staff was busting it out. The employees at the front were just standing/sitting there ignoring people and the food coming out. This lady came in still on hold with the store for over 45 mins. If you get this food, definitely show up to get it, or you never will.

Kids running this place as inefficiently as you can imagine. We ordered online 40 mins ahead of time and not only was it not ready another 20 mins later when reminded them we were missing 15 of 20 wings another 30 plus minutes passed before we got the correct order from an hour and a half prior. Oh dont forget the 7 orders that were taken after ours that we watched leave with 40 plus wings total while we waited for 15 of our own! No apology was ever provided so do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to deal with poor management and customer service.

They’re firing Mike. He’s the best employee there! They yelled at screamed at him in front of all the patrons.

Now it's a GREAT restaurant again. Why?
A emloyee name Jada use to work @ Clifton site. She's moved to Colerain site now. And this site is back running GREAT. Great service & Great wings (made the way U want them)

Jada a employee @ Colerain site is FABULOUS. And she DEFINITLEY deserves a Niceeee Raise. She works hard & ALWAYS has a great attitude. Jada makes sure your order is correct & your wings R made just right. As a paying customer that works HARD for my money. My family & I really appreciation Jada and her hard word & dedication as a Wing stop employee.

Wing stop NEEDS to train ALLLLLL employees like Jada works. It's AMAZING. PLSZ gve Jada a niceeeee raise, she really deserves it. She also keeps my family & I coming back and telling others about what wing stop sites gve BEST SERVICE & GOOD FOOD!

Walked in at 11pm a hour before they close and they were rude and wouldn’t take my order only online since when was that a thing

Mike really went out of his way to make me and my families night special. He should be promoted.

Came at 11: 30 and they were turning people away. They said we aren't doing anymore orders tonight and the sign says open til 12.

I came all the way from cheviot to be told by a paper on the door online Orders only. Go online it’s no option to pay in cash smh waste of time nd gas!

One of the employees yelled at my sister I didn’t appreciate that at all she was rude and disrespectful we didn’t know that we had to order online that’s employee was disrespectful shouldn’t be working at wing stop because she wasn’t really rude

Love their lemon pepper wings well done all flats and some cheese fries with Cajun seasoning. They do my food right just take forever to make it.

I love y'all wings it was good but we tried to call before we got there and I was on hold and Logan hung up on me and I tried to call back didn't answer the phone that was rude and I think I got the wrong sauce on one of wings it's supposed to be cajun and it was red like the louisiana rub

No Wingstop location has good service. They are all underpaid workers who are overworked and show that to the customers by not wanting to even do the basics of the job. Though if you're going to be nasty with you customers atleast have speedy service or update online wait times and answer a phone. If you only have two workers close the store down especially on a holiday this is insane. I've been waiting on an order that was supposed to take 16 to 21 minutes and I've been here for nearly an hour and 15 minutes. Not to mention you don't offer refunds that's is just messed up you're quick to take people's money but can't have the decency to offer people a refund or be honest about wait times. Avoid this place at any cost! Big yikes

Good was good but the wait was rediculous. We was told 20 minutes but sat for over 40 minutes waiting for our food

This review is on behalf of my 2 children who ordered Wingstop on the app and I picked it for them…. First I had no way of checking the order b/c the young lady tore the receipt off the bag…. Second the chicken was cold… the fries was cold and looked like they sat in grease, one order was for 10 pieces boneless but got 8 and they didn’t get the drinks that they paid for on the app…. And I couldn’t check before I left…. They don’t even get that one star… I’m taking it back… …. Get it together people.
Btw…. My children still ate that food…. Boys‍️
