Wingstop, Cincinnati OH

This place takes forever. Staff is extremely unprofessional. I understand its in college territory but at some point us as a generation has to have some class.

Great food and great selection, the Louisiana rub, lemon pepper, and garlic parm all are top tier items

I really wanted this place to be good. I have wanted to try WingStop for years and now that I finally moved to a city that has one, I decided to give it a try.

The lemon pepper seasoning for my wings was terrible. It tasted like I was eating a lemon with celery seed on it. I can’t really blame this establishment for that because it’s a franchise recipe, but it was very unpleasant.

The Louisiana fries were very soggy, but even before all the fixings were put on it, you could tell that the fries were soggy to begin with. The seasoning was also terrible. It tasted like Cajun seasoning you’d get from Dollar Tree.

Sadly, the only thing that was tolerable was the blue cheese. I know it’s a franchise and a review won’t really do much good, but hopefully I’m one of many that have had the same complaints and there will be a change to the franchise recipes as a result.

I got the Medium: 4 Lemon Pepper & 4 Garlic Parmesan, with Crispy Fries. It was really tasty and not too expensive.

Wings were over cooked. Super dry.the sauces werent even sauce. All just seemed lile a dry rub even the hot wings were dry.

I don't generally review chain restaurants but my dorm ordered 100 wings on Superbowl Sunday and they were ready on time and were absolutely delicious. Their lemon pepper is awesome.

Gotta wait for 20 min but the wings are worth waiting for. Love the Louisiana rub and lemon pepper wings combo

Food is great, hot, and flavorerful. However, they need another body in the kitchen almost thrirty minutes of wait time on a steady evening of dinner time. Restaurant is clean and its only on street meter parking.

The food was fresh and hot. The staff were pleasant and knowledgeable the menu. We had one person in our party who had never been to a Wingstop before cashier was able to offer suggestions.

Food is good. Staff made deragatory remarks regarding women. Women are not objects, they are peoples, mothers, sisters, aunts, cousins, etc.

Wings where ok they could have more sauce on them the fries where good and lots of them All n all theyre alright.

I bought 4 beers and 20$ worth of food and they KICKED ME OUT.the lady said they were closing and we weren't allowed to eat our meal inside.so I sat outside on the concrete to eat.horrible experience and horrible service.and I kept getting asked by people for food it was just horrible.never again. I'm still so upset about this. I feel it was a racial thing as well.

Their wings are good and a reasonable alternative to BW3. The sides aren't quite as nice but are serviceable.

I normally go here at night either for myself or while delivering for doordash (if interested in driving for doordash click the link) but this time I went around lunch time. Now I can tell you it is a totally different experience compared to the evening shift. I'll stick to the food with this review. The wings were under cooked, and under seasoned with the dry rub I usually get. The fries did not have flavor we asked for and they tasted refried. Worse wing experience in a long time.

Slowest wing stop in the city. Full of kids that play too much instead of getting orders complete. If you order door dash from here drivers may not deliver due to the excessive wait time. Beware.

YOU WILL WAIT! Not worth it.
This is the slowest Wingstop imaginable. There are 3 registers at the front, 11 tables, over 50 chairs.and no one is eating, just waiting. The manager here needs to be fired, and the whole kitchen team needs a kick into high gear. Compared to the Wingstops I've been to before this is embarrassingly slow.

Try and order online, take some time to cook. Good wings. Not too tender. 'Atom' spice was hot, even for Asian me.

Came in (first people in the franchise), ordered, but they "forgot" our order and it's been an hour since we got our food. Not impressed

Nice food, please know what you sell and or serve. Its the customer's right and its your reason for standing at the register nice clean place. I will return but prefer to deal with the experienced customer service representative

All their wings are always fresh and hot they have no soap in the bathroom their employees use the bathroom and don't wash their hands need to call the Board of Health on they need to be closed down
