Winking Lizard Bedford Heights

The staff at Winking Lizard in Bedford Hts is the greatest! We needed seating for 9 on a busy Saturday (Clambake!) night. Although they don’t take reservations, Elizabeth at the front desk took great care of seating us together in a short amount of time, and hooked us up with our great waitress Daun.

The food, service and ambiance were spot on! I recommend WL of Bedford Hts as they are very consistent with their level of customer service, and food preparations.

We had wings for their special. Delicious! Will stop again. Very crowded but we're seated outside with 5 of us going. Waitress even went & got a bigger chair for my friend. Seats are not comfortable, so we ate & left.

Great food and nice portions. There was a band that night which was good and loud crowd. Short wait for a table. Would go again!

Best beer selection in northeast Ohio.

Good variety of beer on tap and nice variety on the menu. The outdoor patio is fantastic three quarters of the year.

Christian Haga Is the worst general manager I have ever had a conversation with or even tried to let her see what they did wrong the food was wrong she didn’t apologize she tossed the chicken at us and put there hands on the other chicken very disgusting

Been going here a couple times a week for lunch, been fast and food is excellent, almost the same $ as going fast food and about the same time as well

We got a batch of ribs for our party from"The Wink" as we like to call it. We didn't even know we could get something like that from here. Everyone loved them! They were a real hit!

The place to go for a great burger. Thank you for the consistent great service. Please consider bringing back the steak salad.

Their wings are always good! Drinks are on point! The waitress was nice I just wish she paid more attention to my needs although it was busy. The atmosphere was chill and other customers were pretty laidback and nice. The place was pretty crowded so I don’t really recommend bringing a kid even though you can as they offer a tasty affordable kids menu but overall okay experience I will be going back!

The waitress did not give the right information when asked about the food. She brought the checks and disappeared for over 20 mins. We put 2 takeout orders in and only got 1 which took the waitress forever to bring us. Had to get another waitress to find her so that we could pay and still had not received our Togo orders by this time. Had to get a manager to fix the bills because of the mess the waitress made. Food was amazing but service needs major improvement.

Great place for brunch or any meal time you want except breakfast. They have good drink selections and many tvs with different games or shows playing. Staff is friendly and answer any questions you have.

Super disappointed in the burgers. Brought a group of 6 to meet at this location - used to go there all the time. Not again - all burgers were so dry and flavorless. I think they my have been cooked ahead. Will stick to other locations.

Not bad. It's my daughters favorite place to eat in the world, but every time we go during peak hours it's like they're fighting a war. Every table is covered in garbage and wait staff are struggling to keep up. Feed is pretty good. We'll keep coming but I'm hoping they can staff up a bit.

This is a kids friendly location. There is a little game room that kids and pop in and out of while waiting for your meal. The kids also like looking at the iguana. Another perk is the complimentary popcorn.

How many times do you need to complain about lack of sauce on wings before management addresses the issue?
