Do. Not. Move. Here. Rennovation was done haphazardly and the building is mostly worse off for it. Contractors have quit in frustration trying to make this ghetto slum hole shine. Nobody is on top of anything. Problems are left to get worse over time by the main office for months at a time.

My apartment has damaged ceilings and holes in the walls from rennovation. Water leaks are a common occurance. Roaches and phorid flies cruise the hallways at night and go into people's apartments.

They will come out of your walls and your damaged ceilings. Prepare to spend money securing your valued items and buying pesticides.

Don't bother being super tidy. Something will often go wrong and ruin your hard work cleaning up, meaning you have to stock up on cleaning supplies. You'll be broke before you know it.

Lastly, The tenants are mostly moronic imbeciles, adding to the anxiety and the stress of daily life. They often contribute to the building's structural damages by being neglectful or just plain stupid. Very few tenants here are worth getting to know.

I've lived here 9 years, and I don't see myself staying under these nigh unlivable conditions for another 10 if things remain this way.
