Winton Woods Apartments, Cincinnati OH

I live here now and have lived here for almost a Month and I have to say that the move in Special was very nice and it is overall a nice quiet place. Everyone stays to their self for the most part and i do like it! I feel like you would have to be in everyone else's business to know what they are doing "wrong" JS. The only issue that I have had so far is management not answering the phone when I try to get a hold of them and I get it that we all have jobs to do and remain busy at times, another thing that I must say is that I SWORE I heard a mouse in my living room but I brushed it off thinking that something would have been said to me about it. But then as I start reading these reviews I see that mice have been a problem in the past. So a little curious now as to if this is true or not?

I genuinely don't like this place, maintenance is basically non-existent. After I moved here in February, I noticed that the air conditioner did not work, I didn't have shelves in the cabinets, there were no batteries in the smoke detector, and there wasn't any cable outlets so the guy had to drill a hole in my wall. That's just surface level things, they also have a mouse problem. I would leave if I had somewhere else to go.

If I could give them 0 stars I would this building now till this day is infested with bed bugs and roaches. Management is horrible here! I do not recommend anyone moving here. Don’t get fooled by their nice looking apartment photos 8-2-2019.

I don’t remember going over here but I know that this place is the hood and they got roaches and bedbugs, Maybe this reviews here because I was dropping off a homeless guy right there in front of the building last summer

Its pretty peaceful. People stay to there selves. Nice for a single person or couple. On the bus line. And great for students and anyone looking for a first time renter.

Terrible management! They'll dick you any way possible! No stars if that was a option. Stayed there two years and they mad me feel like I wasted money with them!

Slum Lords for management. Drug dealers from winton terrace meet licks in my parking lot. Everything than can leak water, leaks.

Terrible.they fix nothing but demand rent as soon as possible but cant fix things.trash everywhere, roaches, addicts come to buy drugs being that the area is ducked off, Ive called on them several times nothing seems to happen, I hate it. The last time I called to report herion addicts the woman in the offise ignored me. Who supports druggies in their complex? I have been living here for 3 years management has been switched at least 3 times.when I first moved in it was a blck woman, then some white lady, now I think a white man. I try to get in contact with office noone ever available.

Ok my daughter is trying to move in there but to me I wouldn't because of the reviews and it's just sad the it's ran they took her money and got her electric transfer and she not move in just sad

I had the intention to inquire about Winton Woods apartments, but after reading these reviews, I have reconsidered.

Update it's a week later and I've had 4 different people trying to view any of the three available units. No response from the office, no call backs and still no one in the office during business hours. Who owns this property? Third day nocking on office door that says open signs on buildings n by street say now leasing. I think someone needs a new job. I've been in this lot and at this door for over an hour and no answer on phone at door nothing. Tenants say it's nice inside wish I could actually see before I fill out a application and pay the fee. Also I'm trying to get one bed room for me and a whole nother 1 bedroom for my cousin. Shame if I was a relistate agent you'd be paying me 500 a head. So I'm about to go to my car smoke a cig call if no answer u just lost 2 clients to the worker that doesn't work in the office that supposed to have been open from 9_5 Mon threw Friday this is the third day I'm here second day that I've been here over a half hour. PS I don't believe after three days of trying to view this property that I get a take care instead of back from my extra long break. Please we value new and potential customers please come back today now till closing and view our Wonderful property. Since your still in the area looking. That's a professional business response to my comment that probably would have raised earesed or changed​ this review.
