7Floors were not kept clean as per usually they were. Coin change didn't work.
The change machine never works broke and now they have bed bugs down there on the machines so I suggest going somewhere else the place has really run downhill I will pay an extra dollar to wash my clothes and a clean environment
Worst laundromat I’ve ever experienced, I’ve used this place twice in 2 years and both times I ran across the street to my house and the doors are locked with my clothes inside 1h+ before they even close
Most of the machines don’t work and this place doesn’t put “out of order” signs on them. Instead they just let you lose your money. It’s pretty annoying and unnecessary to have to lose money for no reason. Highly recommend never stopping in, for any reason.
I have used this laundromat before, prices are fair. This past time, I had a load in on Saturday around 6pm, it's posted to have last load in at 7pm and they close at 8pm (Saturday and Sunday). I left the laundromat for 38 minutes and came back, 20 minutes before 7pm, and the doors were already locked! I tried to call the number online and the number on the back of the building, both non working numbers. I will not be back here, ever! Had to come back early this morning to make sure the clothing didn't get stolen.
It wasn't as dirty this time, alot of washers out of order put money in dryer and it didn't work.
It's very dirty. The machines don't run as long as they're supposed to. Also, the last time I was there, I found 3 bedbugs on the orange bench. STAY AWAY
