Without A Doubt Truck Repair & Trailer Washout, Fairfield OH

I had a trailer washout. The service was beyond professional, and Bob was beyond professional.

I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone.

Oh I know about their washout service but it was pretty good the guy was great the price wasn't too bad $45 but I've been to cheaper

Airline blew under the seat while I was getting trailer washout and jason came out and fixed it free of charge. Thank you guys so much.

Cost me a day waiting around because they wouldn't temporarily fix my top radiator hose to get me back to Pandora, OH. Our mechanic had to drive down to fix it. And they own a trucking company and said they didn't have any radiator hoses and supposedly called around and no one had it. Would like say that Sandra Ambrose is the President of this establishment and she reached out to me and my company and took care of everything. I would definitely go back here for repairs in the future!

These guys are great! They stayed late to make sure I didn't have to wait for the night crew to show up (for a trailer wash out). Extremely friendly. They take EFS checks too.

Ron, who runs the shop, seemed genuinely honest and helpful. He offered to check the truck ABS light issue with his computer and stated that if he didn't find the problem on my '97 KW, he wouldn't charge me. He found the problem and allowed me to drop my stepdeck in his yard, run to KW for parts (to avoid his charge for running for parts) and he installed them for me at a very fair price. He (and the shop) didn't take advantage of an out of state trucker, which is always a concern for us owner operators. The shop was also clean and amenities abound for the comfort of customers - a driver's lounge upstairs, free hot dogs, drinks and coffee. David and Stephen in the office were also friendly and accommodating. I'd definitely go back and recommend them to anyone.
