7Very satisfied with Waste Management services! Have had them for years and have never had a problem. They always notify customers in a timely manner when service is delayed.
My trash was not picked up again! After 3 attempts I was still unable to report the problem or schedule a pickup. The 24 hour"Lisa" is awful. Can a business not answer the phone at least during work hours!
Driver is amazing takes care of the site after, also courteous gives my family a Christmas card. I'm not happy about the constant raising of the prices have been looking for other service. If the prices were not outrageous would give 5 stars
Driver that dropped off the dumpster was very friendly and i like that i can have the dumpster as lomg as i need it.others will only let you have it a week
Very reliable, timely pick up, area left clean after pick up, no issues.
Driver does not know how to operate his truck, then gets rude and mouthy, then smiles sarcastically.tore up my freshly sealed parking lot, managment refuses to assist, then we get a reply to call a number that goes no where, promised a manager call back now a week later still has not happened.told them to get their dumpster so i can get a proper company but yet that still hasnt happened
Our recycling is picked up consistently on time every month with zero debris left behind. Our cans are always back on our property with lids attached after being emptied and drivers are always professional. We have had Waste Management for 5 years so far with ZERO complaints.
