I had called on Thursday, said someone would be here on Friday, no-one showed, no call either. I called again that Friday, was told first thing Monday someone would be here. No show, no call. Bad business practices. Folks take time to be home for these things, say you can't come, just do not show, or even call, bad!

Our furnace died and it was freezing! They had someone to our house within a few hours! Our AC had also died at the end of summer…. (first year in a new house…ughhhh)! They offered amazing financing, walked us thru the entire process and by the end of the NEXT DAY we had a brand new furnace and AC installed! A couple weeks later was that awful storm. We lost power for hours. When thd power returned… we had NO idea how to reset this new fancy furnace. We called… not expecting any help as it was late evening… but to our surprise, and relief, Casey called us back! Walked us thru troubleshooting and figured out the vent outside had filled with ice/snow! Great news! Well, not for my husband who had to go out and chip away the ice… but it worked and we had heat! We can not say enough about this company and the amazing, kind, intelligent team they employ. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

They were out within a couple days to see what was going on. It wasn't done that day because we had to wait for a part to come in.

Tom and Jack showed up on time. They were very pleasant, got right to work and solved the problem. Very pleased

Had an air conditioning emergency with my cottage in Lakeside and Wojo's came in the evening, and repaired the unit. Other companies in the area, just blew me off and wanted me to wait 3-4 days. Not Wojo's-they took the job and got it done, because they were prepared with the right parts-Thank you!

We decided to get a new one because of the age and problems and they were super fast at installing! The staff was super friendly and bent over backwards to help!
