The food is good when they answer their phones. However I do agree with other reviews of the rude staff members.

This is my favorite Chinese restaurant by far I love the portions I love the prices and I love the people that work there I've been going here for many years everybody should try it at least once the happy family is my recommendation now

Sesame Chicken with white rice was awesome! The chicken was cooked properly. The white rice had just the right stickiness to use chopsticks if you like. The downside was the Hot & Sour soup, ingredients just not what I am used to. Take out or delivery only. 25 cent fee to use credit or debit card.

Love there half chicken with fry rice, chicken Mei fung, shrimp Mei fung, general tos chicken, sugar donuts, etc.

Best Chinese restaurant on in the Galloway area in my opinion! Only Chinese restaurant that my family goes to.

I've only ordered from them 3 times and this will be my last! Every single time they have been late getting my food to me. It should not take an hour or more to get a delivery. This time it's been an hr sonic called, they called the driver and I was informed it would be another 15 minutes.this is not the way to run a business!

Genral Tso's was nicely cooked and not over spiced. Egg Foo Yung was PERFECT. Absolutely DELICIOUS.and they DELIVER. Price was nice and customer service over the phone AND in person by the driver was quick and OUTSTANDING.

They even put a piece of cardboard in the bottom the bag to maintain its integrity. I am rocked by Wok Wok.

In my experiences, I receive great tasting food at good prices. The last few times I've ordered from here, I've ordered the egg foo young with vegetable fried rice. Those items tasted great. I haven't ordered anything for myself or friends that we didn't like. I do enjoy my bean sprouts and they don't have them. That would have definitely been a plus.

The female delivery driver had her Daughter with her to deliver my food. The female delivery driver & her Daughter were petting a random stray cat right outside my apartment. In doing this they caused the cat to follow them to my front door. The random stray cat ran into my apartment. I had to catch the random stray cat, and get it out of my apartment. To top it all off the female delivery driver after repeatedly petting the random stray cat then proceeded to touch my food. Who knows what this random stray cat had. I am extremely mad & disgusted with WOK WOK!

I use to love this place. Past few years it's gone downhill. Late orders to food showing up cold.
Last night we ordered with no issues. I didn't finish my food since I just wasn't feeling too great. Put it in the fridge for today. Went to take a bite and chewed and something poked my tooth and hurt so bad. Spit it out to find a peice of metal! And it's rusted! What in the hell!

It took 2 hrs for my food to get here and my peas in the fried rice was very hard. Plus the food wasn't all that great differently not ordering from them again this place has went down!

I been goin here sins I was 15 I'm 26 and they have only ever messed up one time of me when they had my chicken a lil under cooked but other then that I told them they replaced my meal and let me keep the old one so I mean I think they are the best on the west and definitely best prices delivery I only had once it was bit of a wait but they said it would be like 45 mins and it was about that so not really bad but I always go in cause i live close definitely recommend teriyaki chicken with fried rice and fried chicken wings on the side?

Order was already going to take 1 hour and 20 min to make and ended up being 35 min late. Was not worth a 2 hour wait.

How can you make so much money owning property's and a business and allow your 2 year old child's teeth rot out of his mouth? I love their food but it's very upsetting to see a child with poor personal hygiene. Does that woman not understand that he will have problems with his adult teeth. Not to mention the next few years of his life he won't have any at all. I mean seriously how in the world can someone allow their child to walk around with cavaties on every upper tooth? It pisses me off to no extent. Especially when I know damn well that they make enough to fix that boys teeth. Damn at least try to get them capped before they are completely destroyed. They make their 2 older children work as well? The oldest looks to be about 15 and the middle child is around 13. She even lets him run around the place and leaves him to do as he pleases. I ordered food for pickup on a Friday night and he was at the register screaming while she was answering the phone. Come on guys step it up! Very dissapointing.

Great takeout in the Galloway area, don't miss this one. Hidden in a small strip mall food is delicious.

I've been eating at Wok Wok Kitchen for years. No other Chinese food place has really measured up. Food is always up to quality, and very timely.

Disgusting! Should've read all the reviews. 1st time they weren't bad except my peas we're not cooked in my fried rice. They had been frozen & were still hard! This last time, now final visit.same thing in the combo rice, forgot part of the order AND it's CASH ONLY! I was beyond pissed because website said cash and credit. Even gives the damn credit cards on the website AND the credit card stickers are in the damn front door! Really? I had to leave drive 10min to get to somewhere that I could grab cash from and then drive back. (Also other ppl had to the same) Woman couldn't answer me on Why it's posted everywhere but they don't except them. All I got was, "no, it doesn't have it on the website. " It does, I had it pulled up in my phone right there. "Well. I told them not to put it up on website. " THEN POST A NOTE! (Cheap asses can't afford the card system is what it is.) Workers had NO gloves on while handling the food and no hair nets. Calling BBB and city on their asses!

Best chineese food here in columbus. Been eating here since i was 15 now im 21 and still loving this place. I always order 2 of the 20$ special tray.
