Beautiful library, plenty of space to read, relax or study. Nice rooms for private meeting when you may need one

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. I hadn't been to the library in years and they made me feel like it was just yesterday.

Tonight was frustrating. I wanted to e-file tax refund, but no one was allowed to help me beyond helping me get to the basic site. H & R block closed at 5pm. Retry tomorrow at H & R Block.

Me and my partner needed a Covid test to travel home on Monday, we visited and rang multiple places in bowling green and no one could help us as we needed an American phone to download and app to allow us to travel home, the young man and girl working upstairs were both so amazingly helpful and kind, they went above and beyond, without them we may have not been able to do our tests and fly home in a couple of days. Thankyou so much again we really appreciate it!

A really lovely library that blends the modern with the classic. I was part of “how-to” festival there many years ago. The staff – everyone from the folks at the desk to the management – was welcoming and knowledgeable. They certainly have a library that could be the envy of many other libraries.

Best place in town for families - lots of good breading, a great play place, and free computer use. Even during this virus, they manage to provide great services!

Great Place to read and study. Friendly staff and a Childrens Area with Story time in the morning. People also can volenteer for the summer reading program. In a great location in Downtown.

A good place to bring young children and teens. There are sections for a little kid and many toys for them to play with. There is also a room just for teens. There are book categories for everyone. Even audio books and movies for people who do not like to read. The library is a place for imagination and fun. Authors will come to visit here and do games. There are sometimes activities to do for all ages. There reading program is wonderful. Over the summer they want you to still learn, so they have a kid friendly competition to see how many books you can read. The library also helps support schools with events. I love going here with my entire family.

Some of the staff there aren't very nice and I rude to the teenagers one time I was there and I wasn't even with the group of friends and they were being loud and she threatened to kick us all out even though I was sitting there minding my own business and being quiet
