We love these folks. They are honest and timely. It is awesome being able to choose your own finish on pieces. The salespeople are knowledgeable and helpful. Before you know it, our whole house will be furnished by them. Highly recommend Woodcraft Furniture!

If you are looking for good sales people, do not go to the Woodcraft Furniture store in Mason. Instead, go to the Woodcraft store in Harrison Ohio and ask for Katie. My husband and I purchased furniture from Katie four months ago. Our first visit, Katie was fabulous, not pushy but gave us a lot of information, let us wander around the store and think about what we wanted. We went back and purchased 2 pieces of furniture from her. We were driving by the Mason store a week ago on Saturday and stopped by just to look around. The sales lady there was pushy to the point of obnoxious. I don't want someone telling me what I want. I never make a large purchase like furniture the first visit. We think about what we want, look around at various stores, then make our decision based on all the information we gather. A pushy sales person will never get my money. Go to the Harrison Woodcraft store and get knowledgeable, courteous, friendly help. Stay away from the Mason store.

I bought an antique finish cherry dresser from Woodcraft that is gorgeous and so well made! When I decided that I needed to replace an end table in my family room, I went back to Woodcraft and found exactly what I needed! Great products and service, love supporting small business!

I love this place. Quality furniture and fair prices. The people who work here are very knowledgeable and friendly. The pieces of furniture in the store are awesome and you have the ability to customize pieces. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for great furniture.

We picked out a dining table and chairs at the Centerville store, they didn’t have it in stock, but said the Mason store did, so the next day we got our trailer and went down to Mason to pick up the table they held for us. It wasn’t the same color, even though they verified it was the same as Centerville store. We spent the entire day back and forth between 3 stores and the Beavercreek store was the most willing to help us out to find a close enough table around the same cost as the other table. The mason manager was completely rude and basically told us we’re SOL when we asked if he would work with us on price since the miscommunication was their fault. Won’t shop at the Mason location, will go to Beavercreek or Centerville if we decide to return to woodcraft

Nicely made furniture. Lots of finish options. Knowledgeable, helpful and patient sales person. Pricing is mid-range. Reasonable for the quality of the furniture, some of which is Amish made.

Woodcraft furniture is awesome! No sales people trying to reach their monthly quotas. So friendly and over the top helpful. Not to mention the prices are great!

We recently purchased a Amish Made bedroom set, our experience so far has been excellent. The staff was friendly and very accommodating and the quality of furniture was exceptional. We looked at many bedroom sets and we we surprised at the options available and the price was very competitive.

The staff here is extremely nice and helpful. They answered all our questions and it never felt pushy. They have a lot of items in their store, but they can also order a bunch of things from catalogs. I found that their prices are comparable to purchasing online, but you don't have to deal with the hassle of having something shipped and possible getting damaged. I will check here first next time I need to purchase furniture.

Nice people, not pushy like big store, real wood! You don't find that often. Very good price for them to finish your piece. Check out the clearance items, if it is what you need you will get an unbelievable deal!

Wonderful experience with Woodcraft in Mason. Dave was so helpful in getting our entertainment center completed to our specs and in our time frame. This is a better cost alternative to completely custom built. It is semi custom with a lot of flexibility. Dave was knowledgeable and trustworthy and the workers did a great job finishing the wood and delivering the item. We needed an extra large entertainment center for which we searched for a year. Most were too short or small or custom too expensive until a friend suggested Woodcraft. It was built semi-custom exactly as we needed it. It took about 6weeks, the price very affordable and was beautiful!
