The apartments are cute and cozy. The office is nice and we feel like home here. Great area to start our family.

I've resided at Woodgate for over 4 years now and I love it! The buildings are all clean and well maintained, Linda in the Management Office is always attentive and helpful with any issue or question that may arise. All the neighbors are friendly which makes this a great place to live!

I’m a new tenant here at Woodgate Village Apartments and was welcomed with a beautiful housewarming basket which included items for my little one which was an absolutely lovely addition. I’ve spoken with Manager Linda over the phone a few times before the move in and she was very kind and welcoming. I adore her personality. Perfect location, everything works to my liking. Was greeted by numerous neighbours who were warm and inviting souls. I am so excited and glad to be calling this place “Home”. Thank you for having me.

I have lived in Woodgate Village since 2012, and have been very pleased with the property, management, maintenance staff, and the location. I will be moving out in March 2020, because I am moving into a home. Otherwise, I would be glad to remain here at Woodgate Village. I will miss living here.
For one thing, the property manager (Linda) and the maintenance supervisor (Ed) are a great team who run this complex extremely well. For example, whenever I have had an occasional maintenance issue, the matter has been resolved promptly and professionally. Ed is obviously a skilled & knowledgeable maintenance technician, and is cool to talk with. Likewise, whenever I have had a question about something, I just send an e-mail to Linda, and have typically received a courteous, informative reply later the same day or next morning.
It is obvious that Linda and Ed care about managing this property well, and want to keep their tenants happy.
Besides that, I like the location. Basically, everything I need is within 2 miles, including grocery stores, restaurants, the gym I belong to, gas stations, car wash, library, post office, the high school which my son attends, etc. Everything is nearby.
Also, I have been fortunate to have good neighbors here. Over the years, I have seen a few people come & go, and most everyone has been nice. I've gained some new friends since living here, plus it's very quiet around here, which I love. Woodgate Village is not the kind of place where a bunch of loud, partying kids rent. In fact, those type of tenants would not last very long here. The typical tenants here are either divorced/single adults or young couples starting out in their first place together. And, it's a very quiet place, even on the weekends.no loud music or people yelling at each other, and it's very rare that you see police being called here, etc. This has been a calm, friendly environment to call home.
Bottom line: I have been very happy here, and highly recommend it to others.

Linda is amazing to work with. She responds fast, always answers any questions you might have and really makes you feel welcome in your new home. I really enjoyed my experience with her.

I've been living here for a year, and it's great. Very reasonable rent, especially in Brunswick, and I haven't had any problems they couldn't fix.

Linda has been wonderful in working with me being so patient and understanding as this is my first apartment. The gift backers are so cute! Very spacious for one person!

Linda the landlord is such a sweet lady. She really cares about you, your situation and what’s going on. Always there to help you out if you’re late on rent, etc. Maintenance acts fast and efficient to solve your issues. It’s a quiet, maintained complex overall.

Going on 2 years and so far everything is great. If i need anything fixed all i have to do is call Linda and she will take care of it asap. Linda thank you for everything.

Linda has been wonderful throughout the move in process. I love my apartment, and location. Easy access to shopping for all needs. Hallways and premise well maintained. The rent compliments the size of the apartment and I would recommend. Ps.very thoughtful move in gift.

I recently moved into Woodgate Village Apartments. So far everything had been great. Management was very helpful throughout the whole process. Everyone is very friendly. The apartment was very clean when I moved in. It's very quiet and peaceful here. I'm very happy I chose this place.
